We were blown away by the size and condition of the house. Everything was so well done from the layout to the decorations to the amenities. The property can easily and comfortably host 14 people. We especially loved how dog friendly the host and property was with a fenced in backyard and walkable local streets.

Overall was great

Host is awesome. Made sure we had everything we need and even had extras sent to the house just incase. This is a custom house with all the details well thought out and dialed in. The house was designed with entertainment in mind. You can play music throughout the great room and sync it to the back yard via iPad. Backyard has a nice pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, nice bbq grill and its own restroom. One thing i love most is the ice machine. Saved us so much time from making runs for ice! Luis did such a great job with this house. Definitely learned a few things from staying here. Best house we ever stayed in Havasu. We'll be coming back here when we visit again.

Loved our stay here in Lake Havasu! The private backyard with a hot-tub and pool was nice. The property was spotless and felt so clean and well taken care of. Host made sure we had plenty of household supplies and provided helpful check in and check out instructions!

Kory's place was clean easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parking was spot on for boats and close to launch ramp. It was a great stay as always, we love Kory's properties.

Kevin's home was beautiful and so spacious. The patio, pool, spa and outdoor kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. Kevin was always prompt at responding to us. We will be staying there again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had an amazing time and what a beautiful backyard. Everything was there in the kitchen for us to cook. The house is extremely clean and the host was so incredibly responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Casa Havasu was a stunning house! The whole neighborhood was full of gorgeous homes. Tons of space and privacy for everyone in our group. It was close to the lake and close to good restaurants. The backyard was beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. Rena was a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommend.

Our stay was great. It was exactly as expected and more. Everything seemed brand new. Great views from the back yard in the hot tub.

Sarah's place was a perfect stop for us on 3 week roadtrip. The home had everything we needed and is definitely designed for entertainment with loads of sitting areas to take in the gorgeous area. The location is perfect, close to everything but still in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The hot tub was a huge win after a long day of hiking and our pups appreciated the fenced in backyard. Sarah is a great host, greeting us when we arrived offering assistance with anything we needed, Would definitely stay again.

Sarah was very responsive for any question or comment I had. The listing is very intimate as well private. The house is very cozy and comfortable for a small group. The jacuzzi was a great amenity to the house. Would definitely stay again

Felt super at home at Sarah’s place! Nice privacy even with it being attached to another unit. Loved the area! Surprisingly quiet for NYE which is a bonus if you have a dog who doesn’t like fireworks. Sarah is super friendly & communication was spot on before my stay, durning and when I was leaving. I appreciated the fact she had cared to take care of basic needs like coffee, eggs, sugar, random drys storage goodies if checking in late or even durning the stay. Would def recommend checking out if in the area and consider staying again :)

We were surprised & extremely happy with our stay! Pictures didn’t do it justice-it was beautiful. We hosted dinner for friends there & they are all hoping to rent this place next year. It was loved by all our Alaska friends as a great winter get-a-way!

Great location, lots of amenities, quick to respond and really comfortable for multiple families. Huge boat parking and garage space is nice to keep the cars cool during our stay. Would definitely be staying here again.

great access to the lake, loved the patio/deck! worked great for lake days and exploring lake Havasu city. he called ahead to make sure we understood the parking situation since it's located in crazyhorse campgrounds.

Great place to stay. Our cottage was nice and clean and I felt secure and safe there. Loved the beach and the hot tub. Host was very friendly and helpful anytime I called her. Can’t wait to go back.
