We came to do some touristy things like the London Bridge. Enjoyed being about to walk there (about a mile, mostly downhill, so uphill on the way back.) Not far to a grocery store and coffee places!

Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

The condo was clean, cozy and easy to access! I was especially impressed with the host, Nicholas, who communicated with such friendliness and clarity. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful location and very comfy!! We did try to use the sofa bed to lay down and watch TV, it doesn't work. It would have been needed if i took my girls. Otherwise AMAZING place and Wonderful hosts.

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

Excellent. So comfortable I extended our stay twice and relaxed for more than twice as long as I intended. Loved grilling during the beautiful sunset views. Grateful.

The house was great. It felt like home. Everything was really clean and organized my kids and I felt very comfortable. it's really Close to the London Bridge to Walmart. It's very nice place to stay 100% recommended

Larry’s place was amazing. Check in process was clear and easy. Located close to everything you need plus marinas/launch. Clean property with the added bonus of a beautiful pool to use once back home. Everything you need in Havasu area

Patricia was an amazing host from the beginning, any questions or concerns I had before/during our trip I knew I could contact her and within minutes I would have a response. I was a bit concerned because sometimes when you reserve a place to stay online the pictures tell a different story. However, with Patricia's Listing what you see is what you got, everything was AMAZING!!! The house was perfect for our mini getaway, the lounging area in the back yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and set. That VIEW was just breathtaking!!! I cannot wait until our next stay here. The beds and even the couch was super comfortable. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO LEAVE!! :( LOL Thank you for opening your home to us and for sharing that view!!!

Great home! Close to lake and shopping centers.

Kevin's home was beautiful and so spacious. The patio, pool, spa and outdoor kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. Kevin was always prompt at responding to us. We will be staying there again.

It was so comfortable to stay in Lorraine's place. You will not regret at all.

Excellent location to the park, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub literally outside the patio. Needs some updating on appliances, countertops etc. for the amount charged. Better communication about the HOA rules for guests.

Great host, would definitely recommend this for anyone interested in staying in Lake Havasu.

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.
