Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

This is a beautiful property with clean modern and thoughtful interiors. The thoughtfulness extends to the communication as well. The host went above and beyond what is typically expected of them. We had a long night dealing with airlines in airports with delayed and missed flights, and Isuru was completely understanding of our situation and gave us a hasslefree experience of late check in and check out, which honestly saved our trip and restored faith in humanity for us. 10/10 would recommend, and would stay again.

The house is beautiful with a lush green view. Ann and her husband are really nice and friendly! Location is very close to the airport. Recommended!

Great place in heart of Colombo. Caretaker was amazing and very helpful. The place itself is great and within an amazing neighborhood. Host was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended to everyone.

a great place to stay.. it suited us fine, as my friend ended up at the Lanka hospital.. close enough to Colombo for shopping. will surely come back again..

Udeni e il suo marito sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili in qualsiasi orario della giornata, questa è la secondo volta che ci siamo visti ed è stato come essere a casa, Udeni ci ha aiutato molto ed è una brava cuoca, ci preparava “kola kanda” e tante altre cose buone del paese, nel momento che siamo stati male ha preso cura di noi come se fossero i suoi figli. La casa è molto spaziosa e ordinata come sempre, sicuramente ci torneremo di nuovo.

A Hidden Oasis in Colombo We had an amazing stay at Channa’s place! The house is perfect for two - spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped for cooking, remote work (great WiFi), and relaxing. The garden is a true oasis, filled with trees and wildlife, making it a peaceful escape from the city's concrete surroundings. A highlight was watching the howls in the tree cabins and Channa feeding the bats at sunset - such a unique experience! Channa and his wife were incredibly warm and welcoming; he was always happy to recommend restaurants, share stories, and show us his beautiful paintings, while she treated us to a delicious breakfast on our last day. While it's a bit outside the city center, taxis make it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend - just don’t forget mosquito repellent!

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten

The accomodation is exactly as described and as on the picture. Well located in vibrant and modern neighborhood, only 5/10 mn of Galle Face Green and Port City by Tuktuk. It was a good place to spend our last night here in Sri Lanka. (For people who are wondering, it took us 45/50mn to reach the airport with a taxi from the place)

We had a fabulous stay at the beautiful No.55, Flower Rd. Everything is considered and beautiful, by far the best airbnb I have stayed in. First Class care from the supremely comfortable bed with crisp cotton linen to the stylish decor. Well stocked kitchen, no frustration of trying to cut a tomato with a blunt knife, Thushi has supplied perfect equipment should you wish to create a feast.... The location was awesome. Thushi's guidebook was informative, interesting and really helpful. I'd love to recommend a visit to the architect, Geoffrey Bawa's house, an absolute must and only a 10 minute stroll from No.55. We regularly breakfasted at The Cafe on 5th, delicious food, lovely surroundings and friendly people. We didn't want to leave.... Thank you Thushi

Sarath's place was situated at a great location which met all my requirements. Was very easily accessible to any place from the accommodation. The accommodation was just like as shown in the images. The apartment had a separate entrance which could be conveniently accessed via the lift. Sarath's apartment was very secure and very safe. It had all required amenities including cooking utensils. The accommodation was very neat and clean and felt like home. Most of all Sarath was a great host who could be reached at any time. Sarath's staff was fabulous and always there to help at all times and could rely on them all the time. I will recommend Sarath's accommodation at all times to anyone who would choose his apartment.

Roni is such a friendly host! I really enjoy staying at her place. I stayed there twice already and I always felt like home, definitely will stay again when back in Colombo.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Dons place is a very convenient location to lots of quick access eateries and fast transport options. The place is clean and tidy and as described. Will be back again during my next visit to Sri Lanka

A very pleasant stay, clean environment, a beautiful rooftop pool that is usually empty, and a great host. The place looks better in reality than in the photos.

We had a great stay at Niresh's apartment. It is exactly as described and as the photos show. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean. Niresh was very responsive to any queries or issues and the building's management were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and some noise from the flat above. The balcony view is great for sunset and we were lucky to enjoy a view of the Colombo fireworks for New Year. My only suggestion for improvement would be some balcony furniture. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend the apartment.

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..
