The location of property is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. The apartment I stayed in was fully furnished with all amenities including all kitchenware, towels and toiletries. The space is cooled very well with the bedroom and living space each having its own AC unit. The caretaker greeted kindly and guided me to the room, which had it's Air Conditioning turned on before I even entered. Didn't have to walk in to a warm damp room! He even took care of my laundry. Overall my experience staying here was amazing. The hosts son who manages the property is very welcoming and communicated well throughout my stay. Definitely a hidden gem in Colombo.

Yasas place was beautiful, it was very clean and was perfect with the en-suite washrooms to every room. The apartment is well located to a nearby Havelock city mall and just a 20min taxi ride to main downtown Colombo. The host was very responsive with our request and ensured our stay was as perfect as possible. We are very pleased to stay here in Colombo and would definitely choose the place yet again in our next visit to Sri Lanka.

Really nice apartment and a great location - the beach is at the end of the street and there are several supermarkets close by. If you’re into fast food there’s Burger King and Subway. There’s also a nice little french patisserie and cafe around the corner.

An excellent stay, very good value for money and an excellent location. A lovely flat with all amenities very close by, unfortunately had a small issue with the washing machine but was quickly resolved by the very attentive hosts who were very easy to contact! They were available at all times and made the stay very easy. We would definitely stay again.

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

We had a stay for 10 days and we were provided with a neat and clean room with all amenities. - Tea and Coffee sachets along with sugar tissues, Cutlery and even more. - You can use kitchen and washing machine with no restrictions. - In Room you have Iron, Cupboard, AC, Kettle, Drying stand, King size bed, study table and one more big table. - Neat and clean bathroom with shampoo, body wash and tooth paste. - Grocery store and launadary in apartment. - Big swimming pool and swimming pool for kids. Attractions - Apartment is adjacent to saravanamuttu cricket stadium, you can have a view from the apartment. The thing I liked about host is the prompt reply, solution to the things, trust.and friendly behaviour.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, ruhig und naturnahe. Es kann sein, dass mehrere Gäste (2 Zimmer zu vermieten) und der Gastgeber im Haus sind. Als ich da war, war das nicht der Fall und ich hatte meine Privatsphäre. Den Besitzer habe ich nie getroffen. Es ist Rajitha im Haus, der care taker. Er hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderen gemacht. Es war schön mit ihm zu reden, er hat mir mit allem geholfen, war sehr freundlich, hat sich nicht aufgedrängt und mir die nötige Privatsphäre gegeben. Er hat sogar Avokados für das Frühstück gekauft, weil ich erwähnt habe, dass ich Avokados liebe. Das Frühstück ist sonst für den Preis schon etwas spärlich. Toastbrot mit Eiern und Tee. Den Preis finde ich etwas überteuert.
