Negombo : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

We chose Sanira's apartment as our place to stay while we worked on our wedding arrangements since it was at the center of Colombo and made it easy to travel to our vendor appointments. The place was impeccably clean, tidy and modern, which are all extremely important to my wife and I. The only problem we encountered frequently (which isn't a reflection on the host) had to do with the building's security. They've made it unnecessarily strict and complex to the point where it almost felt like they were constantly interrogating us and our guests, despite having stayed at this place for almost a month. Besides the few altercations that we had with security during our stay, this was an excellent pick and we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!

What can I say? Everything about this place was PERFECT. The location is IDEAL. Right in the heart of where my family is. Walkable to the mall and stores and grocery store. So so so convenient. Extremely safe area. Felt comfortable even very late at night. Another amazing feature is the pool access! During down times it was an easy way to entertain the kids. I HIGHLY recommend this place for overseas Sri Lankans who are looking for a place to stay. Not only will I be coming back, but I have recommended the place to family for when they come to town. I would like to thank Lalin and caretaker Hettiarchchi for welcoming us to this luxurious property which i considered a hidden gem. Coming through the gates is a feeling i cannot describe and can only be experienced if you book and stay. Amenities as stated, place was spotless and caretaker was available late at night when we had questions. To anybody looking to explore Colombo or neighbouring areas i highly recommend to spend your nights at (that place) 🙂. You will not regret it. I will be retuning here again for sure. we had a wonderful stay at Sepalinka. we wished to have more evenings. she is a very responsive and available host, helped by two very gentle housekeepers who are always close by to help you with any requests. One of our best stay. thank you for every, we will come back!

The hosts are lovely people, we stayed an extra day, that's why I have a previous review. They did everything to make us comfortableand happy. Karu was also helpful and a great cook. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

One more time I can say that this is beautiful place with amazing hospitality. We felt here as at home. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family’s, and hope will come back soon again.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

The place was really cool. It had everything at a walkable distance. We had flexible early check in, which most of the Airbnb really don't do, but the host Shiffon he was kind enough to come by himself and guide us to the house.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..
