Best check-in, did not require any keys. Safe location & beautiful Oceanview from the mountain. Shana was very responsive & just small minor issues we had were fixed immediately. So small no need to post details. This is why I love staying with super hosts. She was attentive & responsive & very very kind. We loved the location & there was a 24/7 guard on the property at the gate, so we felt safe. The neighborhood is safe & walkable but not being a native & how they drive we chose not to walk lol but you certainly could. Very close to restaurants & shops. Only 4-5 min drive. There were 6 of us & this place was large enough for us all. We didn’t feel crammed & had our own space. I loved this location & if we come back to this specific area we will certainly stay here again. When I travel I love luxury & great hosts & you get both with this lovely home. One of my favorite things about this location was the spiral staircase. Beautiful & easy on the knees for anyone older. A MUST STAY! :)

This place is amazing! My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great find. The elevator down to the hip strip is one of the best part of this Airbnb. The Airbnb is exactly how it is described, plenty of space for the two of us. There is 24/7 security at the front gate and at the elevator doors. The apartment complex is on an old resort that doesn’t seem to be running, but honestly that was a plus for us as it was nice and quiet. Convenient location to everything, 10 minutes from the airport. Easy to get a ride anywhere from here. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone, such a good place for a great price!

➕ Totally worth the cost! If you're looking for quiet and private location with great cost/value ratio - this is it! Great view of the marina and cruise ships, even tiny little beach but "kind of" restricted access. Great kitchen and appliances. More than enough space to comfortably sleep. 2 pools to have fun and relax. ➖ A bit outdated property that needs some updates, like new faucets, door knobs, lights, lamps, etc. Also, unfortunately the only beach available to Freeport residents is on the territory of permanently closed Seawind Beach Club, which is 5 minutes walk away but is very tiny and requires check-in and check-out by the guards. Not fun at all. So either stay near beaches or make sure you're aware of this nuance. Overall we were happy to stay here, since we've rented a car and moved around a lot. Highly recommended place to stay 👌🏻

Evan’s place was great. Home was clean and very detailed. He is also a great host whom was easy to communicate with.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is great, and my fiancé and I had no trouble at all. The property is well-secured, and we felt very safe throughout our visit. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, maintaining constant communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or passing through Montego Bay!

I’ve been to MoBay many times and just wanted to chill and take it easy for NYE. When first walking in the view is absolutely breathtaking! I think the best on the island. Mr. Neville had clear, easy instructions to follow. I will use this place again just for the view. The rest of the apartment is very nice with friendly guards and staff. The hip strip stayed active with loud music from lounge 2727 down the street, which you can see from your view on the balcony till around 3-4am. If you like to go to bed early just keep that in mind. But overall lovely place!

Great location, private beach beautiful beach view wonderful apartment I’m considering of looking into getting my destination or my permanent resident location looking the same way not too big not too small perfect and have air conditioning. Unit is amazing. Ship and yacht view is amazing. Cruise ship view amazing not too far from the gate entrance and exit in case you get into any situation or trouble walking distance from pizza store a restaurant even close to a police station wonderful.

If you like the beach life style as if you were at home...This is the place for you!!!! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves...and wake up with the incredible view of the crystal blue water!!!!! If you like to cook everything is there...if not almost everything is nearby by walking distance. Moreover the communication with the host is a 5 star rating....The host is really very attentive to make sure that everything is perfect for you to enjoy your stay!!!! Dont hesitate to book this dream place, its 100% worth it!!!!!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen Montego Bay und Negril war gut für uns. Zu einem kleinen Strand musste man nur über die Straße gehen. John war immer erreichbar. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

STAY. HERE. I cannot stress that enough-- this was easily the best air bnb I've ever stayed in. The hosts are great communicators and obviously love their home, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Rashawn (the driver Jeffery recommends) is incredible, he was always available to take us to dinner or an excursion. On the way back to the airport he even made a side stop to show us a little history at Fort Charolette unprompted. Selina, the house manager, is so friendly and kind. Ask her for a recommendation on anything and she will help out and please please PLEASE ask her to cook you a meal (or three). Her goat curry and oxtail were phenomenal. The house itself is pristine and the beaches immaculate. Bring snorkeling gear. There's a ton of reef fish, we also saw a huge stingray and there are a couple nurse sharks that hang out close by. We saw them almost everyday. There were maybe 7 other people at the beach at any time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stay was as expected! Everything matched the description and photos (tho i wish there was still a hammock!). The backyard is beautiful and the trampoline was fun for both of us! Beds were comfortable, very cozy couch in the living room, and the kitchens and bathrooms were immaculate. Couple minor issues but communication was quick and they were corrected nearly immediately-which shocked us. Overall, beautiful place.

This is my second stay at Andrea’s place and it did not disappoint. Andrea’s place was as described and I will be back next year. She was very responsive and the surroundings are beautiful. I was able to walk the grounds each morning and the private beach is beautiful. Additionally, Andrea’s place is close to a lot of local restaurants and bars if you want to leave the grounds. I would recommend Andrea’s place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in Negril.

Nos hospedamos por 5 días con 2 amigas El departamento es espacioso, muy cómodo y lindo, exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Es fácil el acceso y está a unos minutos caminando de la playa y cerca de bares y lugares recomendados para salir de noche. Valeria fue siempre súper amable, respondió rápido a todas nuestras preguntas. Llegamos horas antes del horario del check inn y nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas para que pudiéramos aprovechar el día de playa mietras que terminaban de limpiar el departamento. Además, durante nuestra estadía accidentalmente por error de uso, rompimos la tapa del anafe y fue súper comprensiva con la situación. Logró resolverlo rápido y tratando de encontrar la opción más económica para nosotras . Súper recomendable! Si vuelvo a Negril, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Absolutely loved this place as soon as I saw the pictures and pleasantly impressed when it matched the photos. This unit was located in a quiet neighborhood in a nice part of town. The host was very friendly and responded to all my messages almost immediately.

It was my 3rd visit to Mobay, amazing stay and the first time far away from the Hip Strip. The condo is wonderful and as described and has lots more space than expected. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had enough space and privacy and never felt crowded. The area is very private and quiet, so definitely a spot to relax and recharge and not to party like the Hip Strip. There is a private beach within 10 minutes walk and it was the hidden gem of this location! The beach is small but gorgeous and you have access to a bathroom and showers, definitely will go back to Karen’s condo for this private beach. The only downside at times was the limited options to eat, there are 2 restaurants within walking distance but MegaMart is closed by by taxi, so we did groceries and cook or went to the Hip. Jayson, her recommended taxi was reliable and honest. P.S. The staircase is in the middle of the condo and is not suited for kids who can’t climb stairs yet, the guard rails are open.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in dem Komplex. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und würden es immer wieder empfehlen. Besonders gut hat uns die freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin gefallen. Sie hat sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert, so dass es uns, während des Aufenthalts, an nichts gefehlt hat.

The pictures does no justice. This place was Beautiful! The view was amazing and the staff was very polite and friendly! I would DEFINITELY book this place again if I ever come back to Montego Bay! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The condo itself was clean and peaceful. The hosts were so sweet. I liked the personal touch of greeting us and showing us around when we first arrived. Definitely would recommend staying at this condo when traveling to Jamaica.

The place is amazing, so close to the water that you can hear the ocean. Hubert is very communicative and responds very quickly. I really appreciated that. We had some issues with the neighbors being loud and unruly, Hubert did the best he could. He even went further to refund one night stay. With the things being beyond his control on the above issue, it was very nice of him to work with us. The airport transportation was included in the stay which is a nice touch, especially when you visit a new place. The place is amazing, the host (Hubert) is one of the friendliest person you will come across. He is awesome, which makes the stay so much better.

The whole team were really wonderful hosts. We were a bit cautious to book something “off property” from the regular resorts but they had their own private beach 3 min down the road and the property itself was spotless and brand spanking new. Great views. Pool. Tennis court etc. You definitely need to rent a car here but when you’re not looking for the same old “blah” all inclusive experiences this was a welcome getaway. The spot itself is huge and there were board games for the kids and tvs in the bedrooms. Everything was well stocked and again so NEW!!! Would stay here again 10/10!!!
