I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. Her staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great arguably one of the best locations on seven Mile Beach. I will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as stated in the description and communication was spot on. The beach is amazing and peaceful!! There are multiple restaurants in walking distance which was great. We had such an awesome time, we have already booked his place for 2026.

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

Ethan’s condo is exactly as pictured. Everything you need including very well appointed kitchen. This was my third visit and he continues to make improvements. My favorite is the large balcony to sit and watch the beautiful beach. NBCC is lively with lots of return people but not a loud party place. The beach front is large with enough beach chairs for everyone. Anything you need is just a phone call away as Yvonne responds almost immediately. We had issues with hot water and one phone call and it was fixed same day. The condo is on the third floor with no elevator so if you have mobility issues it could be a problem for you.

We enjoyed our weekend. Point Village has a little private beach, a pool, and tennis court. We were surprised how quiet it was even on Heroes' Day weekend. If you look for an affordable place away from the hustle and bustle, yet close by to everywhere, this is the place to go.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Elvis is a great host and did so much for us while we were there. It felt like having our own personal guide & cook the whole time we were there. Elvis gave us recommendations of places to go, cooked authentic food for our whole group twice a day (7 people), and took us around Negril to the beach & supermarket when we needed. Seriously, he's really great and elevated this AirBnb from mediocre to amazing. The accommodations themselves are pretty basic (no hot water, no AC, yes fridge, yes fan), but they're roomy and don't have any glaring problems. The only thing I disliked was the loud bar across the street, but even they were willing to turn off the music at a reasonable hour most nights. Also there are some annoying roosters in the neighborhood that make noise early in the morning, but what can you do. It's still Jamaica haha. You can walk 5 minutes to catch a taxi or have Elvis take you places in Negril.

Lloyd's place was certainly accommodating. Bedrooms were very comfortable to sleep. Living area was very hot, fans were available, but they only circulates hot air. A little disappointed that there was no TV in bedrooms. Location, perfect! Very close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Debbie’s place is perfection. The place is well-maintained, the surroundings are peaceful, walkable and beautiful. I look forward to returning!!

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Really lovely stay. Shekeria was welcoming and helpful. My 6 year old daughter was unfortunately sick for the first few days and she brought ginger tea and made us feel so comfortable. The space was clean and comfortable. The swimming off the rock outcropping was so unique and fun. It’s rootsy in all the right ways. We would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you !!

We arrived a few minutes ago at home in Germany and we are full of exciting and heartily impressions! We went to Jamaica to meet my son and his friend during their work-and-travel in central america for Christmas. At least were 8 people. The communication with Karen was fast, professional and heartily from beginning. She organised our privat shuttle with the perfect driver and cold drinks. We arrived in Negril and felt home from the first moment. The stores were almost closed for Christmas, but she filled up the freezer for us, we had nice snacks and local food, a perfect breakfast and delicious Christmas-dinner. Always not intrusive but opend for us. She had interesting ideas for us for different trips with perfect organisation. I think, she knows everybody here. We talked to other tourists from the hotels and now we know, it was definitely the best choice for us to book tropical breeze. Fresh food and legume directly down the street, we had seen real Negril! It‘s in our hearts…

Our stay at Spring Mountain Villa was the most unique and nourishing experiences we’ve ever had through Airbnb. The location was simple, serene and beautiful—nestled in the mountains, with a view of ocean, the occasional goat, and distant music. Surrounded by fruit trees and healing plants, birdsong and a gentle breeze, we were often reluctant to go anywhere else! Marvia was our direct host while we were there. Both she and her husband, Demar were an absolute delight to connect with. We were so moved by their deep care for their community and the tremendous work that they do. We learned so much about the land, the people, the food and the complex and powerful history of Jamaica. CJ and Sheldon were also amazing people we connected with thru Marvia. And Marvia’s cooking is outstanding! We are SO grateful for our time there! We couldn’t recommend this experience enough and we are already envisioning a time when we may return.

Debra upgraded us to her other villa called "Soon Soon" as one of her regular visitors wanted ours and it was wonderful as you walk right out onto the veranda and onto the 7-mile beach. We had Michelle looking after us, who made great food each day. Just buy the groceries and she will cook, no need to go out to eat at all. Other reviews have said the property is dated - we didn't think it was, everything worked and the location is to die for. Others have mentioned the bar next door but it did not bother us and music was always off by 9pm. Debra was very accommodating and a great host, we will definitely be visiting again soon.

One of the most beautiful places we have started in Hanover. Due to our age, little far for us to walk anywhere but our liaison Lee was extremely helpful and quick to respond when needed. Lee was a very pleasant person and made us feel welcomed and comfortable even on first day. Loved the idea of feeling safe and all security were very nice and helpful. Overall we would recommend to anyone.

Where do I begin? An amazing scenery to match the energy of an amazing host! Super thankful this was my destination of choice. Looking forward to a future visit 😀

It was my 3rd visit to Mobay, amazing stay and the first time far away from the Hip Strip. The condo is wonderful and as described and has lots more space than expected. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had enough space and privacy and never felt crowded. The area is very private and quiet, so definitely a spot to relax and recharge and not to party like the Hip Strip. There is a private beach within 10 minutes walk and it was the hidden gem of this location! The beach is small but gorgeous and you have access to a bathroom and showers, definitely will go back to Karen’s condo for this private beach. The only downside at times was the limited options to eat, there are 2 restaurants within walking distance but MegaMart is closed by by taxi, so we did groceries and cook or went to the Hip. Jayson, her recommended taxi was reliable and honest. P.S. The staircase is in the middle of the condo and is not suited for kids who can’t climb stairs yet, the guard rails are open.

STAY. HERE. I cannot stress that enough-- this was easily the best air bnb I've ever stayed in. The hosts are great communicators and obviously love their home, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Rashawn (the driver Jeffery recommends) is incredible, he was always available to take us to dinner or an excursion. On the way back to the airport he even made a side stop to show us a little history at Fort Charolette unprompted. Selina, the house manager, is so friendly and kind. Ask her for a recommendation on anything and she will help out and please please PLEASE ask her to cook you a meal (or three). Her goat curry and oxtail were phenomenal. The house itself is pristine and the beaches immaculate. Bring snorkeling gear. There's a ton of reef fish, we also saw a huge stingray and there are a couple nurse sharks that hang out close by. We saw them almost everyday. There were maybe 7 other people at the beach at any time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The airbnb was quite homely,peaceful and secure. Very clean. Had all that we needed. The check-in process was a seamless one, the host is also very responsive. We will definitely be back

Great place to stay when visiting JA. Had a wonderful stay in Jamaica! The host was incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again—highly recommend!
