We had a great stay! The place was comfortable and exactly as described. The host was very understanding with our late check-in and even accommodated our request for a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Excellent hospitality and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

The place is nice, very cozy, and private. It looks exactly the same as in the pictures and description. My family and I enjoyed our time there. It's a great spot to celebrate special moments near the city, where everything is easily accessible. Too bad I wasn't able to take a dip in the pool because of the rain, but the water looked so clean. Hope we can visit again.🥰

The place is very eco-friendly. I like the vibe, the view, and the neighborhood. Noli's place provides comfort, sense of calm and peace, and certainly there is value for money. The host is responsive and accommodating. We will be back, for sure. :)

All I can say is super ganda ng place na 'to. It feels like home and gaganahan ka talaga umuwi every after tours. Clean and cozy, everything you need is there. 7/11 sa baba is very helpful as well. Super maayos kausap si Newly and responsive. We will recommend this place sa iba pang mga kakilala, and kapag bumalik kami sa Bacolod, I hope they are still available so we could still book this airbnb. Ang helpful din ng room na 'to since spacious siya and super daming mirrors. Hindi kayo mag-aagawan when you guys are getting ready. Overall, we super duper love it and we appreciate all the accommodation poured in our trip! More power to the superhost!

We had a great time staying at Rio's condo. Rio and Ld were very responsive and even let us check in early since the unit was ready when we arrived. The condo was nice, clean, and cozy. I'm so happy I chose this unit over others I saw – we were very satisfied! It was easy to get to restaurants, and both 7/11 and Coffee Bean were just a short walk away. There’s also a laundry service that delivers right to your door, which was really convenient. The condo is close to SM Iloilo City and Festive Walk Mall, which I loved. I also liked being able to cook in the unit, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out. The pool access was a nice touch. Our 5-day stay was too short, and I wish we could stay longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book this place again when we return to Iloilo.
