The place is so nice and clean. I woke up feeling like I slept in a hotel. I like how they chose nice furnitures for the place, from the toiletries to the pillows and comforter. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. Will be back soon, for sure!

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

Place was sparkling clean. Great to enjoy beautiful sunset. Room was neat and they provided us a lot of towels. Good that there is common kitchen that can be shared with other guests. Will be staying again for sure.

I had such a great experience here. The location is great and getting here was not an issue. It’s right off the main road. The restaurant was so convenient and the shared kitchen was also helpful. The view was beautiful and the hosts were so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking to get out of Cebu City after a long week of work and feeling cooped up for 6 months. Our 4 year old son hasn't had much outdoor activity since March, so we really wanted to go somewhere he could swim. We were excited to find Alegria Water Front Beach House. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and happy to be working there. The rooms were clean, bed and linen were comfortable and towels were thick and soft. There is room for toiletries near the sink, but the private toilet area and shower is very tight. Pool has a nice ledge to sit on at one side. The view of Negros and the water is relaxing. They have great outdoor furniture to lounge on, especially for rooms 1 and 2. There is no beachfront sand. You walk out to the water's edge through a very rocky surface. If you plan to snorkel infront, bring aqua shoes. They have a large refrigerator to store your own food. We only saw 4 plates, but we tried to eat before the other guests so they could use them. There was a stove and water cooler with Alkaline water. Our overnight stay was perfect. Thank you to the staff onsite and Katrina's fast responses to our questions.

Bonjour, SUPER séjours nous avons passé 4 magnifique journées dans un très belle endroit ,dans une très belle chambre avec un super lit dotée d une vue paradisiaque sur la plage et ses bateaux de pêche typique avec des gens toujours souriants .Les hôtes ont été d une gentillesse rarement vue lors de nos voyages, toujours soucieux de notre bien être avec un sourire radieux sur le visage Un pur bonheur d avoir croisé cet endroit. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT

The AC was not cooling but they fixed it immediately. The place is fine; it’s quiet, private and not many loud noises from the neighbors. But what i like the most is the hospitality of the staff— absolutely the greatest factor of my experience. I just forgot his name but kuya who drove me to the bus station, he’s a nice guy… and especially Ana! We were strangers but started talking like we were bestfriends on the new year’s eve. Nothing so much to say about the property as its nice enough for me and my budget as solo traveller. And they were so welcoming of my dog too! A great space to let my dog run around and play and sniff on almost every corner.

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Peaceful and Private, if you are looking for a family get together this is the place. You have the whole house and the place is immaculate. We have the grandchildren with us and they definitely had a blast and our kids are having a great time cooking their favorite dishes to share. The house have the full kitchen comes with everything you needed, there is an outdoor grill to enjoy as well. Grandkids were busy swimming and were thrilled to see the giant turtle swimming with them. Carlos who manage the property was accessible and accommodating, never bothers us and let us enjoy our privacy, but if we needed anything he will be right their in less than a minute. Karaoke is a bonus everybody were having a good time singing while relaxing at night, we love the outdoor kitchen having meals outdoor with an amazing view in the ocean and hearing serene small gentle waves at all times. The place exceeded our expectations, the market is a litte ways so buy your food ahead of time.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

My parents had a wonderful experience staying in this condominium! It's incredibly affordable, making it an excellent choice for those looking to stay within budget without compromising on comfort. The location is fantastic—it's so accessible to commercialized areas like shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment spots, which made running errands and exploring the area super convenient. TM is very helpful and very responsive to inquiries, she offered her hand to my parents over and beyond and even surprised them with goodies.Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a balance of affordability and convenience! Definitely we found our place to stay if anyone in my family will visit the ilo ilo again. God bless TM.❤️

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.
