I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed Emily’s place very much. Emily and her husband were very welcoming and very helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and shopping and even invited us on an excursion to a top notch local market. They were always available if we had questions and sometimes jumped to assist us without our asking. The pool, yard and BnB are all top notch and perfect for lounging and relaxing. We enjoyed being able to easily travel about without the hassle of the city traffic. We highly recommend Emily’s place and hope to be able to get back here in the future.

This Airbnb was amazing. It was right on the water with incredible surroundings. We rented a car which made this location pretty central for everything we wanted to do the south point of the island. The caretaker of the house was extremely responsive, full of excellent recommendations and overall incredibly helpful and kind. Our trip would not have been what it was without her. What a gem!!! This beach is excellent for shell combing and when the tide is low, it is full of aquatic life waiting to be discovered right in the backyard! I can’t believe we were able to stay at a place like this and had the experience we had!

the area ideal if you have car/vehicle the aircon if cold 2 rooms with ac that is all i need except for the 2hrs brownout but overall the stay was good will definitely go back.

Everything was great. I just hope they already have Drinking Water Container available especially Dumaguete has a humid climate so when you arrived you do hope you have Water to Drink.

"Highly Recommended Place to Stay in Kabankalan City" I had an excellent experience staying in kabankalan City. Everything was conveniently close by, from good stores to restaurants and other essential establishments. The location is perfect for those who love to walk and explore, as most places are within walking distance. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful, which made my stay even more relaxing. On top of that, the locals were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the area. Overall, a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting kabankalan City!

Place was very new, clean, spacious. Could easily accomodate 14 pax, parking for 4 vehicles. Cold aircon, wide screen TV. Pingpong table was a bonus. Definitely worth coming back.
