Positive side Spacious living room Has 4 beedroom Nice toilet Kitchen has everything for cooking Towels and toiletries provided Clean linens Fast wifi, tv has netflix Has fan, aircon Refrigerator, microwave working Close to sibulan seaport and public market Affordable Negative side Hard to park (especially if d ka used to park backward) Naay dog lice (outside the house) Faucet inside cr (hinay) Overall: although during our stay kay nagbrownout nindot ra gihapon. Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

Amazing place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The surrounding is very calm and the city is only 15 minutes walk. There are not restaurants really close, but the full equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. We really appreciate our little peaceful stay!

If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and my family absolutely loved it. The owner was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay 🙂

When we arrive, we had a friendly welcome and we met Edelyn who was friendly and happy to help where she could. Due to the isolated location she let us hire her scooter to get around. There is one restaurant opposite but with limited opening hours. Unfortunately, one evening the place had closed before we managed to eat so we ended up eating pot noodle from the shack a few doors down. Unfortunately, we ended our trip with a bad taste in our mouth due to the fact the number plates on the motorbike being stolen. Edelyn took care of what needed to be done e.g reporting it to the police etc but insistent we paid for the inconvenience and replacement on the number plate as she had no insurance. Finally we agreed on a 50/50 split on the cost. Overall the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. It looks like there is a beach front but it is a wall with a drop to the water, we didn’t see an accessible beach within the immediate area. Oslob is a 40 min scooter ride away and Moalboal 60 minutes

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.
