We had a great stay in Skye’s apartment. It is clearly worth the price. The unit is very spacious and peaceful for us (7 persons). The living room is very spacious as well and a dining set that can accommodate a big family. It has a high end set of furnitures and fixtures. The kitchen exudes a modern and minimalist aesthetic. It has clean, inviting, and has stylish space. It has complete set of cooking and baking wares needed especially if you are a kitchen person and would just like to stay at home. Comfort rooms are literally very comfortable to use and spacious. The apartment also has a big open area where the occupants can use for outdoor family activities and for parking. Restaurants and bars are also very accessible. I would definitely book again and would highly recommend to others.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Perfect for Family Gathering and Bonding. I Like how the house was designed. Glass walls and doors. while enjoying your convo w/ the fam, relaxing on living area and eating in the dining area you can get a better view of your kids enjoying the pool and that’s a thumbs up!

Très jolie maison avec piscine très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin, très bien entretenu et plein de jolies fleurs. 5 chambres + 1 chambre extérieure climatisées. La plage à proximité n'est pas idyllique, mais la localisation est très bien : pas très loin de la "highway" sans en subir les nuisances sonores, un petit restaurant local et un restaurant de sushi à proximité sur la "highway". très facile de prendre un tricycle pour aller en ville (Dumaguete ou Valencia). Tata et Emma ont été charmants et réactifs . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

I really enjoyed my time at Loly’s Place. A fabulous home with awesome host and cohost. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Hopefully it will be completed soon. Miriam and Skye welcomed me into their family and made me feel right at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Loly’s place and if I return to Dumaguete, I’d stay there again

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Airbnb. Our family had a great time,the place is so neat,cozy & very ideal for a large group or for a big family,one thing to suggest it would be great if the water pressure on both floors can be improved other than that nothing to highlight..
