This is a great place to relax on the ocean with a well maintained pool also. The staff will bring you fresh eggs if you want , sometimes bacon also . There is also a great masseuse with her own masseuse table, if you’d like to make an appointment, it’s also a great deal.

If you’re going to Dumaguete, book Miguel’s place. It is SO ACCESSIBLE! There’s restos and convenience store just across the condo. The place itself was clean, had hot water to shower with, everything you could possibly think of during a vaca! Not to mention Ms Angie, Miguel’s mom, was so helpful. She kindly picked me and my friends up from the port and brought us up to the unit. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would definitely stay here if I were to visit Dumaguete again.

Fantastic accommodations. It is a beautiful compound. Landscaping is meticulous, pool is cleaned at least twice daily as far as I could tell. There is an elevated seating area above the pool house you can enjoy coffee in the morning and enjoy the view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The residence itself is modern and is equipped with anything you would need as far as kitchen utensils, pans, etc.. Also has some sugar, creamer for coffee as well as spices for cooking. The shower could be the best shower in the area. Hot water with great pressure as well. Bed was very comfortable and aircon was great too. WiFi was consistent and with excellent speeds. The residence is right on the water, and waking up to drink coffee and watch the sunrise there was a daily ritual for me. Apo Island is *right* there, and you can see Siquijor and Mindanao Islands easily as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for short or long term in the area.

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

This Airbnb was amazing. It was right on the water with incredible surroundings. We rented a car which made this location pretty central for everything we wanted to do the south point of the island. The caretaker of the house was extremely responsive, full of excellent recommendations and overall incredibly helpful and kind. Our trip would not have been what it was without her. What a gem!!! This beach is excellent for shell combing and when the tide is low, it is full of aquatic life waiting to be discovered right in the backyard! I can’t believe we were able to stay at a place like this and had the experience we had!

Finding it was not difficult if you use Arana’s as a landmark. The place was exactly as pictured with a private beach, outside shower, outside cooking area. Several rooms have AirCon others had fans. The place is big and spacious with full kitchen and large dining area. Any issues that arose were quickly and politely dealt with. I left with a good feeling and if given the chance, I would book again for a longer stay. Thank you for the experience.

A hidden gem with marine sanctuary of all sorts of fish during my snorkeling days right in the ocean sea front paradise. The waves crashing into the sea wall every second was so soothing to my heart and soul out on the front deck while watching another golden sunrise & get my early morning sunbathing done before 8am for breakfast Time I cook in a fully stock kitchen of everything I need. The water dispenser another plus as I drank a lot of water. The waves crashing in was so serene for me all day to heal in nature. A motor scooter a must to explore up to the waterfalls or going to a grocery store or fruit stand on the main road. There's 1 walkable shack right across the street that has eggs,water and snacks. It was a peaceful tranquility experience Merci
