A beautiful home located in the very southern part of Cebu. Although a long drive from Cebu city, the location was beautiful. Literally located right on the beach with an aquarium right outside your back door in the ocean! You don’t even have to go anywhere to snorkel, just write out side! Close enough to Oslob where we part took in swimming with the whale sharks. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was prepared each morning for us included, and the price which was a nice bonus. We got lucky and had the whole place to ourselves, which I must have misunderstood that in the listing. ( that there would have been a chance other people would have occupied the house; which would have been strange. ) The only couple things that I would give feedback on was the condition of some of the rugs. ( mainly in the master downstairs bedroom and bathroom had many stains. ) also no propane for the grill outside. The house was perfect to host myself and my team and great for cooking and relax

Amazing! Would definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful time in nature. Directly near the water with beautiful sunsets, also very nice breakfast and food, felt very home cooked which was delicious. The huts are cozy and have everything you need, spent a lot of time in the resort just relaxing and enjoying the views. The resort is a 30 minutes walk from the main restaurant and beach but the owners are very helpful with booking transportation. They helped us a lot and were always nice and talkative, they helped us with planing the rest of our stay in the Philippines. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Moalboal. 10/10

The entire stay was great, with all the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The room had a nice view of the pool, adding a relaxing ambiance to the stay. The unit owner was very accommodating and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for a short getaway, offering both comfort and convenience.

Always great to stay at the Penthouse. My flights were late and no issues getting into the Penthouse. This the the 3rd time in Cebu and the 3rd time at Grace's Penthouse. I look forward to the the views and clean spacious rooms. Always quick with responses. I look forward to going again in the future as I am spoiled in the Penthouse.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and had everything you need. Communication with the host was great. It was a bonus there were paddle boards and snorkels to use!

We had a fantastic stay at Boris and Irena’s place! They were incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a cosy, home-like feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—a short scooter ride to most places in Panglao, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Panglao. Thank you, Boris and Irena, for such a wonderful experience!

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Pool direkt am Meer, von hier aus kann man gut Ausflüge ins Landesinnere unternehmen, z.B. zu den Chocolate Hills oder den Tarsier Reservat fahren. Das Haus ist super Ausgestattet, man kann sich also wie zuhause fühlen auch an Snacks und Getränke wurde gedacht und man kann diese zu einem sehr fairen Preis einfach aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Von der Dachterasse kann man neben dem Sonnenaufgang auch wunderbar die Schildkröten in der kleinen Bucht vor dem Haus beobachten.

Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Ein toller 25m Privatpool, kostenfreies Trinkwasser und ein freundlicher Gastgeber runden den Aufenthalt wunderbar ab. Um die Ecke gibt es das Panglao Roadhouse. Von Frühstück bis Abendessen ist hier alles möglich! Im Bohol Beachclub kann man mit einen Tageseintritt einen tollen Strandtag verbringen.

Angelica’s place in New Mactan was AMAZING. A very clean, very modern place with just about everything you can think of. The couches were so comfy and the bed was just right. The pool area was soooooo beautiful and easy to access not to mention the location had lots of useful retail areas along with being so lively at night. Angelica herself was a VERY useful and kind host. Her response time is unmatched! The next time I am in Cebu I will definitely stay at Angelica’s’

Stephen is one of the best hosts I have ever met in my life. He is a super friendly person, with an incredible story and great knowledge of the Philipines history and perks. He welcomed us in his beautiful forest home, an amazing place that he entirely built himself throughout the years and the best part is that he lives there too so you really can get to know him well. This place allowed us to live the real tropical experience, living in a peaceful and very natural place that made us feel like in a movie. Stephen loves treating his guests as friends, we spent quite a lot of time together and believe me.. you’ll be surprised of all the knowledge that he has to share. I highly recommend renting Stephen’s house to all the people interested in living an experience in the heart of Philippines, I hope to be able to go back myself as well as soon as possible. We LOVED this place. Thanks Stephen for everything, you’re the best!!! 😊

Glad we chose to stay here! We didn’t mind the music every night. It really set the mood and made it feel like I was on vacation. The water pressure was a bit slow, but that’s understandable since it’s an island. There were also a lot of flies/insects (idk what its called) around the room. They didn’t bite, but it would be great if the management could do something to lessen them. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay! Also worth mentioning that the workers at Baha Ba’r are kind and welcoming! Will definitely come back here!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! Can’t wait to come back to this place , Very highly recommended! Thank you so much Evangeline for your perfect house and Staff, keep up the good work ! Love you guys 💕

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Le logement est impeccable avec beaucoup d'attention portée aux petits détails, rien ne manque. Peter et Rowena sont toujours disponibles sans jamais être envahissants. L'un des points décisifs qui avait retenu notre attention est l'accès direct à la mer et nous n'avons pas été déçus, l'endroit est parfait pour le snorkeling et la plongée. C'est très calme, de jour comme de nuit. La contrepartie est qu'il faut un moyen de transport mais nous avions une voiture donc pas de souci pour nous. Merci pour votre accueil et ne changez rien, tout est parfait.

The host is very responsive. The caretaker of the place is very attentive and responsive too! He did a wonderful job if we had any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown in the listing, though the kitchen can be updated but still functional. They did only provide 1 small bed sheet but we made do and we didn’t request for more so it was also our decision to do so. 2/4 rooms were not equipped which is not a deal breaker. We did clarify with the host prior to arriving at the place regarding about the water heater. There’s no gate between properties so dogs leave their poop on the property which the guests stepped on a few times because it is hard to see it during the night time while walking around the grassy area. Their caretaker was on top of it though! He did great! Overall, the scenic view of the beach and our experience was great!

It was extremely great experience to stay in Angelica's apartment, the property is 10-15 mins from airport and walking distance to Lantaw and Hayahay restaurants. Room was clean and cozy, we felt home during the short stay. Host Angelica was the best host that I ever met, communication with her was easy. She helped to check how to book one day tours and give us weather updates before we getting to Dumagate. Any help sought for from her was quickly respond with great patient. I highly and strongly recommend to stay in Angelica's apartment. Oh, oh, we also received gifts from her, that was soooooo sweet. I will absolutely choose Angelica's house if I had chance to Dumagate again!

Close to Alona Beach - 15 min walk or a 3 min tuk-tuk ride. Lots of available tuk-tuks close by (just have to walk down the lane). Quite a few nice restaurants close by. Good value for money. Space (living room and kitchen ) was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but 2 of the rooms were quite big. Nice place all around.
