Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

My family enjoyed their stay in the house.

Our host David and his staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful during our stay. Property was fantastic and we had all the amenities we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this as a holiday get away.

We had a good stay for a week, the barangay we were in was really quiet. The aircon was cold, and the parking was great with a gate. Their are local food options right outside on the street and stores really close if you need anything. All local pinoy places! we did eat at Lawntaw up the road from the house.. soooo good! I would be happy to come again.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

Wir haben hier übernachtet, da wir am nächsten Tag von Mactan Airport Cebu geflogen sind. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Airports. Restaurants und Einkaufszentren sind gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Appartement

I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

We had a nice stay at Jose place, the room looked like the pictures. very quiet at the 16 floor, alot of restraunt and places to eat within walking distance. We were even granted an early check in wich we appreciated so much. Will stay again if in the area.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. За время нашего путешествия по Филиппинам это лучшее жильё! Нас приняли будто мы друзья семьи! Даже собаки в этом доме принимают тебя, как будто ты уже был с ними знаком! Шикарная территория, шикарная квартира, шикарные хозяева, шикарные собаки, шикарный остров! Я даже не хотела уезжать и очень хочу вернуться туда ещё! Однозначно стоит своих денег! Ma’am Karla is responsive and clear with her instructions. When we arrived, we were assisted well and they were very helpful during our stay. Place is clean and the helpers also assisted us when we prepared our food @ the kitchen. They also have a convenience store @ the front. Thank you so much! ☺️

Host was really responsive, every inquiry was replied in a very short time. It was very hot and humid that time of our stay, so aircon cannot keep up with it, but during the night it was very cold so it was clear airconditioner was functioning well. Place was kinda far from the usual spots visited, but sari sari store was available just outside the gate. In terms of amenities, it was what we expected, and we had no problem with water. Refrigerator and Netflix was a big plus to us. Overall, it was a nice stay for us, and is highly recommended to 3-5 pax travellers in Olango.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.
