We stayed in the family room with our four children. The room was extremely spacious, impeccably clean, and well appointed (coffee, tea, water, linens, etc). Joe An and her staff went out of their way to ensure we had a safe and comfortable experience. Right on the main road, there was ample parking and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, market, pool and massage. Highly recommend! Would definitely return! Very affordable, especially given the quality of accommodation.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I really enjoyed my stay at Nigel's Airbnb, especially for the price. Everything was perfect, and I always had someone to reach out to in case of any questions or issues. The location is great, and the security guards are very friendly. The air conditioning worked very well, making the stay even more comfortable. The apartment was also well-equipped with useful amenities like a small stove for cooking, a kettle, and a rice cooker. The only very minor issue was that the hot water was too hot, always above 45°C, and there was no way to adjust it to a lower temperature. Because of that, using the hot water wasn’t really an option. However, this wasn’t a problem at all since the water temperature was already comfortable enough for showering. Overall, I had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely recommend it!

Owner is always responsive! Every thing you need during your stay, the owner has provided. Fast internet connection with large TV and Netflix were all available.

The place is clean and secured. Great option for my family of 3. the only downside is there was a power outage on our 2nd day from 7am to 5pm, and there's no generator set. the place tend to become hot as it was an apartment building. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. The surrounding is very calm and the city is only 15 minutes walk. There are not restaurants really close, but the full equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. We really appreciate our little peaceful stay!

Amazing place and most importantly Allen was very helpful ,helping us with transportation, tours and whatever we need in the house and make everything easy . It was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend it specially for large groups :)

Location itself was perfect for what we wanted. 7/11 a minute or two away in case we need some water, etc. The Supermart is across the street as well as Coffee Break for some fresh coffee in the morning. Someone is always there to help with parking inside the compound (except at night of course). Festive Mall was 6-7 minute walk. The place was mainly used to rest after some day and night activities out and about. Perfect for our plans.

Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda, la chica que vivía al lado se porto genial con nosotros, nos ayudó con lo que necesitábamos, nos dio información sobre el lugar y sitios para comer. También nos hizo la lavadora y nos pidió los tuctucs. Les deseo lo mejor, un saludo desde España! Reservaré de nuevo si vuelvo a Moalboal :)

The place was very nice, my family liked it because they were comfortable and felt just like at home. Everything stated on the description of the place, the pictures from the inside and the outside of the house are all accurate. Great time when you are with your family. We checked in a little bit late in the afternoon but I already informed the host about it. She was able to respond quickly and very helpful before and after our stay. Also the caretaker of the place was very nice and very much helpful to us. She immediately showed and informed me everything about the house, rooms, bathrooms (etc.). She was very nice. We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay at this place, very much recommended guys! Looking forward to coming back again soon and I would chose this place when I wanna go back to southern part of Cebu. 😊

Andy et Juvy sont incroyables ! Tout autant que leur logement qui est l’un des meilleurs Rbnb que nous avons pu faire. Un petit coin de paradis, il n’y a pas d’autre mot. Nous avons été accueillis par un super déjeuner très frais et accueillant. Puis Juvy nous a cuisiné des petits déjeuners excellents. Sans oublié leurs deux petits chiens qui sont aussi gentils que leurs propriétaires. Andy nous à même emmené sur son bateau pour faire du snorkeling ! Merci à vous pour nous avoir fait vivre un séjour parfait!

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

We loved our stay at titos place, had everything we needed and exactly as described. Brilliant value for money, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone who was visiting cebu, mandaue. Tito is such a friendly and proactive host which makes all the difference

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend
