We had the absolute best time staying here. We had two families staying together, 10 total. With more than enough space! The location was perfect. The space was clean and cozy. We had the best time and made some amazing memories with our friends. Also we slept at night on the third floor with a window opened and it was so quiet outside! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Perfect home for a weekend get away with friends! We have stayed at the Loft on the Knoll so many times, so we were super excited to rent the “big house” this time with our friends. Home was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and those spices/things you always seem to forget when traveling. Basement was soooo cool with a ping pong table and corn hole boards. We were really happy to have two separate living areas since we were sharing with another couple. We each had our own space and did not have to worry about anything. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was right there if we wanted to. We cannot wait to come back when the pool is open! Extra perk- seeing the cute baby goats! 10000% recommend!

Had to book on short notice and they were super responsive. Great place, fantastic location at the base of the mountain. Tons of places to eat and drink close by.

Susan’s farm house was perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for multiple families and kids. All of the spices are very large and honestly it’s better in person than in the pictures. We would recommend it to anyone and return again! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need. And it was great being right on the winery.

Our family of four needed a quiet get away, and we enjoyed the beautiful days and evenings, inside and on the deck! Hikes nearby, spa nearby, restaurants, grocery, gas also nearby. Great resort year round! Lots of activities if you want them, and lots of peaceful nature if you want. Great!

Lovely spot in the mountains! Perfect if you're planning to hike! The space was cozy and clean; we brought our two dogs and had fun all sitting by the fire inside! It was thoughtful of her to have laundry detergent pods for us to use. The master bed was comfortable, which I don't find myself saying too often in Airbnbs! Overall, it was peaceful and quiet - a great getaway from the city.

Absolutely a 5 star stay!! Super cozy home in a beautiful location with a great view. The home is stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home (and labeled, making things very easy to find!). Everything inside was also extremely clean and tidy. My friends and I would definitely book again for another girls weekend away.

We loved staying here! It's a beautiful home with a great view. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again. - It was a 4-5 min drive to the parking area (skiing) or you can park at the spa and take the shuttle. - The top floor is a large bedroom and bathroom, then two bedrooms on the main floor (with two separate bathrooms) and the bottom floor is large with the pool table / another living area, and hot tub outside. The bottom floor has 3 BRs but only one bathroom FYI. Not a problem for us but something to keep in mind when splitting up the spaces.

We booked this Airbnb for our family and pups to stay at during our wedding weekend in Charlottesville. Miranda was super accommodating and responsive. Amazing stay!

I’ve been to wintergreen every year and Angela was very helpful and place was spectacular!

TDLR version: If you have a big group (more than 5) for a ski trip at Wintergreen, and are looking at places to stay, you better book this place fast because it won’t be there later. 100% worth it. No complaints at all. Longer review: This place had everything we expected and more. Big living room area for gatherings, pristine kitchen with huge counter and dining table. Appliances looked brand new as well. There’s a mudroom with a separate entrance to put all your board/ski gear in to keep the house clean. The back deck is very spacious, and the gazebo has a light under it for late nights outside. Internet worked great the whole stay as well. All in all, it felt like we were staying at resort lodging, while having a private host on speed dial. Gina was an amazing host, being very responsive, giving detailed yet not overly complicated instructions and rules for the house, and being understanding when problems arose. 12/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Critzer House. It was just as described and perfect for our two families of four. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out together or retreat to separate spaces for some quiet time. The sunroom was great for starting the day with coffee and finishing with adult beverages. The location was ideal...30 minutes or less to incredible hikes, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Easy walk to Blue Mountain Brewery for dinner after a long day exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

This place is convenient, very comfortable, way above average and Dean is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was incredible! It was so spacious, clean, and beautiful. It was also so close to downtown, we had a wonderful weekend in this cozy space!

This is one of the best airbnb’s we have stayed in. The house is well maintained, elegant, and perfectly situated between Waynesboro and Staunton. Karen has left very detailed instructions for everything including labeling the light switches. It is done vey tastefully and makes it easy to navigate the house. My favorite thing aside from the beautiful view, was the kitchen. Usually in an Airbnb, the kitchen has the very bare necessities. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it very easy to make a nice dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to find a moka in the kitchen to make an espresso. I would definitely recommend Karen’s place to someone.

Brian is an amazing host, place was awesome, my kids loved the creek view, trains view and porch. Creek was easily accessible. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Loved our stay here. Thanks for hosting us Brian.

The house was as described and super clean. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The host was great. She was proactive and provided helpful information. Appreciated the one-night rental and would stay here again without a second thought.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Juan went above and beyond, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had about the home or the area. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—book it! I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m ever in the area again.

Great place in a great location. If you’re visiting to do some of the historical sites or you’re more interested in visiting some of the many wineries in the area this place is in the center of it. A few minute drive to Michies tavern, Monticello, and downtown Charlottesville. Our family had a blast!

Great farm house and wonderful experience. Was so nice to be able ti being the dogs. They loved the field.

This house was amazing to stay at! The plan was just to find an Airbnb to stay at while we skied at wintergreen, but we ended up getting rained out and spent almost the whole time in the house. I was so fun the house is full of surprises and fun board games we weren't board for a minute! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook!

We had a great time staying here. The house is in a great location- a minute or less from downtown Crozet restaurants and shops and very close to many nearby attractions- less than 5 minutes from Pro Re Nata Brewery and less than 10 minutes to Septenary and King Family wineries. The beds were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms were great upstairs. The house was well stocked with spices and a full kitchen. We had a question about turning the heat on and the host responded almost immediately via the app- communication was great!

Very comfortable lodging extremely close to lovingston winery. It’s clear the hosts care about this property!
