What a lovely little spot. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, with lots of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The apartment itself was a good size and was stocked with everything we needed while we settled in. We would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Loved our 4 night stay here. Very comfortable and spotless apartment with incredible sea views, a large outdoor terrace (with a Mediterranean vibe) and use of a super swimming pool. The driveway and parking was no problem for our medium size car. Heinz and Akiko were very welcoming and helpful and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival was an extra thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to spend a few nights while exploring the area! The suite was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The covered outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the sun, the sea breeze and a little rain! Ana was a perfect welcoming and responsive host. I highly recommend Ana’s place!

Amazing views close to amenities and the beach. Loved the outlook. Parking outside room which is secure. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable furniture and furnishings. Will be back

We haven’t been to Nelson for possibly 30 years - this will be our go to place now for Nelson-and we are very keen to come back now after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay- also the security, views, sunsets,and excellent introduction to the place with Rob was exceptional.

Lovely little place with great views. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Jane and Stephen were great hosts and very friendly.

Mes parents ont passé un agréable séjour dans ce beau logement offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le logement est propre et confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Ils ont apprécié siroter leur vin blanc à chaque happy hour en profitant de cette vue. Cuisine équipée, parking à l’extérieur, restaurants accessibles à pied… Super ! Je recommande ce logement. We LOVED staying at Joel’s place and were so sad to leave! The space is gorgeous, everything feels brand new and luxurious and we felt so relaxed and at home. The outdoor shower and garden is stunning, a little tropical paradise escape and we spent two very sunny evenings on the deck relaxing which was heaven. There are cute cafes and a great local gastro pub walking distance away and the beach is also a short walk which we loved. Joel was super helpful and very responsive to our messages. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and hopefully we will be back someday!

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

Beautiful house in great central location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. Comfortable guestroom with own bath. And most important: a super lovely hosting familiy. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Annabel's cottage and would happily stay again. The cottage is warm and comfortable and beautifully decorated with a great view across the harbor to the ocean from inside and the deck. The grounds include a great garden and backyard and also give privacy to the home. The neighborhood is quiet and is a pleasant walk to downtown Nelson (and otherwise just a short drive). Annabel is a gracious and thoughtful host. We would love to have the opportunity to visit again.

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.
