Beautiful house in great central location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. Comfortable guestroom with own bath. And most important: a super lovely hosting familiy. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful weekend with extended family, there was plenty of space for all our 9 quests. 8 adults and 1 infant. There are so many different spaces to chill out or to be together, sadly too cold for the pool but maybe next time. The house had everything you need and it made our stay so easy. Thanks again

We had an idyllic two weeks here, exploring on foot, by car, and rented e-bikes. Easy access to a great network of bike trails (the Great Taste Trail). An easy walk to 2 brewpubs and other restaurants and an excellent Thai massage location. Go east to Havelock for mussels or west to Abel Tasman NP for a Waka paddle or beach time. Back home we would relax in the private hot tub, enjoy the TV and cook in the well stocked kitchen. The accommodation was spotless, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing time. The host was always responsive and provided lots os suggestions for sights, shopping and restaurants.

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

Amazing holiday. The view, kayaking, boat cruise, gorgeous walks, swimming in Malborough Sounds and to top it all of an infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool would be an amazing holiday but then you have everything else too. Everything about the house, location and activities is brilliant.

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

Best provisioned house we’ve ever stayed at . absolutely beautiful location. Only regret is that we hadn’t brought our grandchild with us. But it was a lovely spot for two people to enjoy the views and the weather and the peacefulness and lovely walks into Mapua and access to Abel Tasman Park. Emma was very responsive to every question we had. Would love to come back and spend more time someday. So sad to leave.

The Twig is in a beautiful place and very well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Luke and his wife were very welcoming and helpful when needed.

Wonderful place to stay, very private and quiet. Superb location, close to the City and surrounding attractions. Jeff was a superb host, the place was comfy, super clean and felt very much like a home away from home. Will definitely rebook if we find ourselves back in Nelson. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Annabel's cottage and would happily stay again. The cottage is warm and comfortable and beautifully decorated with a great view across the harbor to the ocean from inside and the deck. The grounds include a great garden and backyard and also give privacy to the home. The neighborhood is quiet and is a pleasant walk to downtown Nelson (and otherwise just a short drive). Annabel is a gracious and thoughtful host. We would love to have the opportunity to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s place. It was a beautiful and peaceful spot, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a month and had the best time. Sarah was helpful and quick to respond to messages. The house was very clean and we got fresh air every morning on the hill. Highly recommend if you are staying in Nelson!

Saskia was an amazing host and we had a lovely time at the place. We always enjoyed coming back at the end of a busy day of activities to cook dinner and relax on the sunny deck.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Spacious and clean with floor to ceiling windows and great views. Only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We were there during a period of beautiful weather in the high 70s and the house was uncomfortably hot in the late afternoon and evening. Fans are provided in the bedrooms which helped at night. Otherwise the house and location were perfect for our family of three adults.

This house with a very beautiful view was really great. Very nice renovated interior and the photos didn’t disappoint. Susanne was really easy to communicate with and we felt very welcomed. If you are going to Nelson I can definitely recommend this beautiful and well located house.

Spacious and comfortable home filled with the owners treasures. Great trails for walking, running and biking behind the house. Short walk in to Nelson city. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including homegrown veges and citrus from Hilma’s garden. Deck is lovely to relax on and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beautiful outlook. Hilma is a great host and was quick to respond when I had some queries. As well as the trails we enjoyed frisbee golf in the nearby park which is also dog friendly - you can hire discs from MD Outdoors. Had a delicious dinner at Nahm (short drive from house) and great coffee and breakfast at Bobby Franks Cafe (walkable). Connings Pop Up great for fresh fruit and vege.

For the most part a lovely spot with great sunsets. Short drive to city center. Some maybe bothered by the occasional airplane but not busy enough to be an issue really.

Jodie's accommodation is such a spacious, modern and warm home with peaceful neighbours. We felt like we were in our own home whilst we were in Nelson. Jodie and Scott were always attentive and proactive. We highly recommend this paradise and it is well worth to spend what we are paid for. We want to say Jodie's place is 10/10 and our holiday was perfect due to a very lovely accommodation.

We loved this artistically decorated home in a very quiet neighborhood just blocks from all the activity. It was very well appointed for a traveller and we could have easily stayed longer. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Really enjoyed our time at the house it is very well laid out and very spacious there was 10 in our party and we had any amount of space, it is a fresh refurbished house that feels very homely, The hostess Vee could not have done enough for us from the time we made the booking right through to the time we checked out the communication was excellent, Thanks Vee, From the game from Ireland,

Elaine’s place is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Nice views over the city and ocean. Filled with interesting artwork and had everything we needed. The proximity to town meant everything was in easy reach. Elaine was responsive and friendly, we had a great time.

A lovely homely feel, the potplants were gorgeous.. Alexa was fun! Really well supplied home and we appreciated the offer to use pantry supplies. Helen was very responsive. All in all a great home, thank you.
