Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

Elaine’s place is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Nice views over the city and ocean. Filled with interesting artwork and had everything we needed. The proximity to town meant everything was in easy reach. Elaine was responsive and friendly, we had a great time.

A lovely homely feel, the potplants were gorgeous.. Alexa was fun! Really well supplied home and we appreciated the offer to use pantry supplies. Helen was very responsive. All in all a great home, thank you.

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to everything we needed. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Emily was great to communicate with. Thank you for having us.

I stayed for a month and had the best time. Sarah was helpful and quick to respond to messages. The house was very clean and we got fresh air every morning on the hill. Highly recommend if you are staying in Nelson!

I would highly recommend staying with Joanne and David. Lovely people who greeted me when I arrived. Very modern well appointed apartment with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. I look forward to staying with them again.

Loved our stay here ! Right on the waterfront in an easy to get to location. Matt & Jocelyn had amazing communication throughout and their property manager Amanda who met me onsite at check in was so very helpful. The apartment was fill with so many thoughtful extras. Highly recommend.

An immaculate, modern, spacious and very comfortable apartment which has an expansive outlook and everything we needed for our weekend away. We were delighted to have the opportunity to meet our friendly and helpful hosts, Garth and Sandra, and had a couple of lovely chats with them. We wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hestate to recommend this lovely accommodation to other guests.

This place is such a gem! It’s in such an incredible location right in town which makes getting to restaurants, etc very easy (which is a huge plus because Nelson seems to love having you pay for parking). I absolutely loved that I was able to park in the garage and Amanda’s instructions on how to get inside were very helpful. I can tell everything was thought out really well like having multiple keys, etc. The place itself is very charming on the inside. It was beautiful with all the wood and had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was super clean when I arrived and had everything I needed to make my quick stay enjoyable. The only issue was that I wish I was staying longer! If you’re reading this please remember that the garage swings outward when you open it so make sure you aren’t parked in front of it when you go to open it. I think Amanda did leave instructions saying that but I would hate for someone’s car to be hit. Thanks for a great stay Amanda!

This was such a lovely find in Nelson. I was hoping to stay a little out of town (but still within walking distance) and this worked out perfectly. If walking do bear in mind it's on a hill! But taxis are cheap and reliable and I promise it's so worth it for the peace and views. Dawn and Hudson have created a lovely cosy space including a beautiful garden - I enjoyed it so much I actually extended my stay. Brilliant hosts - would definitely stay here again.

Really cute, well-appointed, and airy space. We loved the decor and the overall vibe of the place -- it felt great walking in with all of the windows open on a beautiful day. Good location with easy proximity to central Nelson while still feeling tucked away and residential.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely—clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunset. The hosts were a very friendly couple and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
