Nelson City Council : locations de vacances avec suite privative

The house looks out to the golf course and has a lovely sunny disposition with verandah. It was spotlessly clean even though it is a slightly older house. It has easy access to the beach for walking and Is well positioned between Nelson centre and Richmond for shops. It was perfect for us to prepare for our South Island Te Araroa Trail journey.

Barbara & Gordon's place was absolutely delightful. We spent 3 nights there and could just about peel ourselves away from the fabulous balcony to check out Nelson and Abel Tasman Park. Barbara had left breakfast essentials and asked us what kind of milk and bread we would like. The house is full of charming historical items linked to their family history in Nelson. Because they missed us on arrival Barbara and Gordon made a point of calling in on us on one of the days. They are a lovely couple with interesting travel stories to tell. Absolutely book this place if you get a chance.

Great stay in a peaceful, sunny location with a lovely private garden area. Breakfast bits and pieces were provided with many thoughtful touches which were much appreciated!

We were so fortunate to have found Chris’s place. It is beautiful, well laid out, with incredible views. We were lucky to be able to extend our stay for an additional night, as it was super late the night we arrived and we wanted an extra day to explore the area. Chris is super responsive and friendly and had no problem with our arrival at midnight - he left lights on and his clear instructions made it easy to get in. The bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the outdoor spaces are an added bonus. It’s a little bit of a drive down windy streets to get to town, but well worth that trade off. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay at Maree’s place. Great location, very peaceful with an easy drive to Kaiteriteri beaches as well as for trips to the Abel Tasman National Park. Would definitely recommend!

A really nice apartment, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Perhaps a little bit of slightly intrusive noise in the daytime but quiet overnight. Lovely spa and pool area too. Only potential downside is that it’s sort of out on the edge of town. But five stars from me.

The accommodation is in a very quiet area. By car it is a stone's throw to Nelson, very convenient. The facilities are very good, it has everything you need. Many beautiful walks are easily accessible from here.

Really lovely wee place, had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. I was sold on the place by the outdoor hanging chairs - such a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset. would thoroughly recommend!

Ich bin etwas später angekommen, daher hat Samantha für mich das Licht angelassen und die Tür offen gelassen, sodass ich einfach reinkam. Das Zimmer ist super gewesen, gemütlich und funktional. Die Küchenausstattung und auch das Bad waren top. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

The unit was great. Plenty of space and super quiet. Everything was super clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again!!

I have stayed in many Airbnb‘s, and I think this one races my number one favorite. Clean, contemporary, amazing views, private deck to do yoga on in the morning, and best of all Ruth the host is just an awesome awesome woman. She was so gracious, and loving, and made me feel right at home. The unit itself is very cute with the living room upstairs and bedroom downstairs. I especially liked the small little desk that was underneath the stairs. It was great to catch up on emails and work a little. The sunrises and sunsets are to die for. You won’t be disappointed with this one.

We loved staying at Inez's place, it was really close to town, sunny and warm (summer had arrived! finally!). The patio was a wonderful private place to sit. All amenities were provided, a lovely collection of coffee, breakfast and chippies was waiting for us. Shower was amazing!! Inez popped by to make sure all was ok - she is such a friendly host! A great stay, comes thoroughly recommended. Many thanks 🙏

Toller Gastgeber! Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt sowie durch die Zimmer geführt. Das Zimmer hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, davor befindet sich noch ein schöner Garten. Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage dort, gerne wieder!

Ellie’s spot is on a hill with great views of the bay and sunset. Located on the north side of town all the restaurants and bars in the city center are a quick drive away. It’s a great spot to stay if adventuring in the Nelson area or in Able Tasman.

Absolutely loved my stay! Seb is genuinely one of the kindest and most accommodating hosts you’ll ever meet. He was incredibly friendly, providing prompt and helpful check-in advice. The studio space is both spacious and cozy, with a luxurious bathroom featuring underfloor heating, heated mirrors, and excellent shower pressure with a wide temperature range. The views from the windows and the balcony are peaceful and serene, offering a unique vantage point to watch planes take off and land at the airport - perfect for aviation enthusiasts! The stay was blissfully quiet; I wouldn’t have known anyone else was around until Seb kindly saw me off at checkout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.

The accommodation at cathedral view is outstanding. Perfectly clean and welcoming. Would have happily moved in for ever !

Schöne private Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. tolle Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat und vielen Tipps unterstützt haben. Die Hunde sind absolut freundlich und verspielt. Alles in allem ein paar schöne Tage abseits der großen Touristen-Spots verbracht.

This is how you get to the top 1% of Airbnb hosts: incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful home set atop a small hill with a stunning, 360 degree view from the mountains to the sea, and a very kind and gracious host. Debbie and her two small dogs greeted us warmly, and Debbie walked us through the gorgeous bedroom suite. We loved everything in the room including stargazing at night right from the room. Loved the outdoor hot tub. The road/driveway to her home is well-marked with a “204” sign, and is very easy to find with Google maps. Everything - home, host, area - was so wonderful, we considered changing our itinerary to stay longer with her and her menagerie of animals including the 2 small dogs, a cat, chickens and ducks, who all miraculously seem to get along quite well!

Anja nous a bien accueilli à notre arrivée …beau logement en campagne avec belle petite terrasse pour prendre l’apéro après une belle journée à visiter la région . Tout était impeccable côté lits , draps , serviettes et , un gros plus , il y avait tout le nécessaire pour se faire un bon déjeuner le matin : œufs , pain , yogourt, café etc. Je recommande sans problème 5 ⭐️

Very nice suite in a beautiful vineyard. We enjoyed the many fruit trees. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient to Nelson and Abel Tasmin.

I was only passing through for the night, but the studio was lovely. The view was beautiful and was a great place to crash for the night. The hosts were very helpful in their instructions, and I would recommend their place to anyone!

넬슨과 리치몬드의 중간지점이라 두 지역 모두 즐기기 좋고 깨끗하고 군더더기 없습니다. 주차도 차고 앞에 가능하여 좋았습니다. 개별욕실이라 편리했고 다만 샤워기가 붙박이 형태입니다. 하지만 다른 장점이 훨씬 많아 추천합니다.
