Great apartment with all the necessities you need, in a very convenient location with great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. My partner and I highly recommend this Air BnB! Hosts were also amazing and easy to deal with, they made our stay very easy and comfortable :)

Holiday Nelson is a wonderful property—stunning views, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and an amazing space for shared meals and relaxed time together. Our hosts were wonderful from beginning to end. We had a small issue with an appliance, and they quickly addressed it. I’m glad we had a rental car. Even though Nelson is close, the elevation gain makes walking into town a less-than-ideal option. Bring your courage for the driveway. It is narrow (allows for only one car) and very steep. I would definitely stay here again!

Sea Path is a lovely apartment, located close to town, beaches and wineries. We were happy to help management with standard maintenance required during our visit. We would use this apartment again.

Love the views and nice house with good amenities but just fyi the location is hard for Uber drivers and taxis to drive up so they will drop you off at the bottom of the hill. As long as you don’t mind a walk for the beautiful views that the Airbnb it’s a perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay here as it was a nice relaxing place for our last few nights in New Zealand. The place was well equipped with everything we could need and there were views from everywhere in the place. It had a lovely deck with a gorgeous view and we enjoyed watching the boat traffic in and out of the harbour and watching the kids jumping off the dock. The only glitches we had were the wifi not working and the awning having a mind of its own but neither affected our stay there and, to be fair, we never mentioned it to the managers until after we left. The managers were very responsive and efficient so I’m sure they were fixed immediately. We would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean apartment right over the water in Nelson! Not too far of a walk to town and close to great coffee spots. Highly recommend!

Sea Song was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. The house felt like a home as soon as we stepped through the door. The balcony provided beautiful views and watch the boats sail by. Not far to great restaurants and cafes by car. A great base in Nelson to tour around and see the sights.

Staying at Smyth’s was a wonderful experience for our family! We had two young boys that loved to play all the board games, and the oldest was obsessed with the treehouse. It had a lot of extras for us to use and we all felt very cozy and at home. I would definitely stay there again!

A fantastic, modern apartment with stunning views of the harbor. It's a steep climb up by foot but worth every step. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful layout and cozy furnishings. Easy to get lost for hours on the deck furniture looking out over the water. Definitely worth a peek/week if visiting Nelson.

Holiday Nelson reached out well before our stay and again a few days before to make certain we knew how to access the home. The views from the upper deck were amazing. We didn’t spent much time at the house since we were focused on getting to Abel Tasman mostly. The large living area, laundry facilities and separation between the sleeping rooms was helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Annie was extremely easy to communicate with and provided all necessary details before we arrived. The location is perfect and there is plenty of room (4 en suite bedrooms, an additional powder room, 2 lounges, deck with BBQ, full laundry, fully equipped kitchen). A fantastic stay and would highly recommend to others visiting the Nelson area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to town, and just a great space to hang out - especially if you’re travelling as a family or with friends! Our highlight has to be Grover, who our whole party fell in love with - a lovely and most affectionate cat!

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.
