This was a perfect two night getaway with our family. The house is very clean. The views are beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area not far from the house. We enjoyed taking the short path to the brewery for a couple of meals. The food is great! We sat by the fire and soaked in the hot tub. Martha’s instructions were very easy to follow to check in and checkout. She was very responsive. We appreciate that she also offered plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. Jayme and Sean’s home is a beautiful, peaceful and calming with amazing views. Their amenities they provide are outstanding. Their clean beds are quiet and comfy. The hot tub is amazing and well taken care of. It’s close to great food and an amazing spa at Wintergreen Resort. Jayme is quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely recommend their home for your stay.

We had the absolute best time staying here. We had two families staying together, 10 total. With more than enough space! The location was perfect. The space was clean and cozy. We had the best time and made some amazing memories with our friends. Also we slept at night on the third floor with a window opened and it was so quiet outside! Thank you for opening your home to us!

This place was really beautiful and worked perfectly for our group of 10 for a cabin weekend. The house is super spacious, with lots of privacy, especially on the top floor. The large windows looking out on mountain views made the place feel luxurious and super peaceful. Location is great for taking advantage of the area. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the indoor fireplace. The kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. There were plenty of towels, linens, and blankets. Hosts Zee and Sarah were extremely communicative in the weeks/days leading up to our stay, always responding quickly. They were professional and helpful and we felt very well taken care of. There were a few items/spaces in the house that could use some updates/TLC, which we made hosts aware of and they were very responsive. It is also worth noting that there is no phone service up at the cabin until you get on wifi. Thank you Zee and Sarah! We would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a girl’s weekend. The hot tub was wonderful at night with the hanging lights above. The beds were super comfortable and the house had plenty of space. Everything was super clean, too!

A Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Charming, and Convenient! We had a wonderful stay at Bevin’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to Bevin's warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. One highlight was definitely the hot tub—such a perfect way to unwind! The decor is vibrant, colorful, and so tasteful. The whole place felt cozy and inviting, yet stylish. It truly enhanced the overall experience and made the space feel like a home away from home. Bevin is an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed; her kindness made the experience even more special. The location is perfect— close to downtown Charlottesville and the nearby wineries! making it an ideal base for anyone looking to enjoy both the local culture and the beautiful countryside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This house was everything and more! Everything from the beginning to end exceeded my expectations. I had my bachelorette/bachelor weekend here and it was perfect! The king sized beds and hot tub were a plus. The neighborhood was also very quiet. I also want to recommend Hazy Mountain Vineyard, it was giving Italy vibes and was so beautiful. 100% recommended this place for your next trip.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It was a perfect fit for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time playing cards in the evening and watching movies. My 4 and 2 year old grandsons looked forward to going to bed at night so they could take a bath in the jacuzzi tub. The house had everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was a hit with my grown children. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Joey’s place. The communication with Joey & Jesse was smooth & made the whole process hassle-free. We reached almost 45 mins early and the house was ready to check in. The house was very beautiful and clean providing a cozy atmosphere. Instructions were easy and detailed. Liked how they even made videos to explain locks as well. The amenities provided were top notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was super clean with nice LED lights and massage features. (helps you relax after all that hike) Gaming area could get a lil upgrade but still it was nice Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much for a memorable stay- We will definitely be back!

We have become regular visitors to Roudy’s Retreat; it’s something we look forward to when planning vacation time every year. The cabin is miles above what we could ask for, and our Jaclyn is always so helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house is very spacious and offers so many amenities—including a fire pit and hot tub and plenty of toys and games to keep our kids busy. We can relax on the deck with our coffee and enjoy the peaceful mountain mornings. And it’s located within an hour at most to a number of great attractions, like Crabtree Falls (only 15 minutes), a fishing pond, Natural Bridge and Lexington. My family and I highly recommend giving this place and try, and we look forward to returning again!

Elliott's place is private and peaceful. A nice natural setting alongside a steam. I loved the native woods utilized in the interior, not the usual cheap sheetrock walls painted grey and white, that's everywhere nowadays. Although in a mountain valley, the spot is not cut off from sunlight, there is sunlight in both the morning and the evening, close to the specified times. As a naturalist, I found the setting okay, except for observing several aggressive invasive plant species encroaching upon the development site and expanding outward into the forest. That's what is guaranteed to happen when the soil is disturbed in Virginia. There are no restaurants close by, so you probably will be cooking. We found the usual kitchen problems. A shortage of LIDS and a shortage of smaller size pots and pans. I've realized that this same problem is widespread across Airbnb sites from my experience. Overall it was great and we appreciate the opportunity !

This cabin was perfect for a secluded weekend getaway. Right up the road from a ton of breweries, vineyards and restaurants, the amenities were fantastic (wood burning stove, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor, hot tub) and the Mountain View’s were beautiful. We hope to return for another visit asap.

Love Ridge Mountain Lodging really was wonderful! A perfect, private getaway for relaxing after a long day skiing at the nearby Wintergreen Resort!
