Maud ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Ihr Cottage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und direkt in der Natur. Sie hat uns Fragen immer direkt und zuverlässig beantwortet und ihr ist es sehr wichtig, dass man eine schöne Zeit in ihrer Unterkunft hat. Als wir vor Ort waren fand ein Marathon statt, weshalb wir nicht alle Straßen befahren konnten. Maud hat uns überall hingebracht und eingesammelt. Wirklich eine ganz warmherzige Frau 😇 Besonders gut gefallen hat uns außerdem das tolle Frühstück und das Tierfutter, mit dem wir Esel und Hühner füttern durften. Der Strand in der Nähe ist der absolute Wahnsinn und einer der schönsten, die wir je gesehen haben! Wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben!

Jackie’s stay was fantastic. Check in was easy as Jackie provided clear and easy instructions. The property has a upmarket feel and tastefully decorated. The stay was cleaned daily and freshly laundered towels provided when needed. The bed was great with fresh linen fit for a king. The area is very private and peaceful. The farm is stunning and gardens landscaped. A lot of care and pride is evident when walking through the gardens. I had my parents over for a BBQ and they shared my impression of the stay. I can highly recommend Jackie stay and I will definitely return again.

Wir waren für vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Lydia auf ihrer Farm. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet. auch für Familien ist es sehr gut geeignet, es gibt eine Verbindungstür zwischen beiden Suiten. Um unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel zu gestalten, haben wir sogar ein Babybett und Hochstuhl erhalten. Lydia zeigte uns alles und war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir konnten eigenständig über die Farm laufen und die Hühner und Pferde anschauen. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und die Lage zur Nähe von Porto Elizabeth und Addo Elephant Park sind sehr gut. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.

A wonderful spot for everybody who is able to enjoy nature, birdsongs & wind melodies ;-) That's it. The comfortable country house offers perfect equipment for everybody who does not need a restaurant or bar every evening. Enjoy a peaceful sunset with a gin tonic and a book on the veranda while lightening the BBQ. Just perfect. As special highlight is the bath tube outside on the veranda for everybody who loves a relaxing bath in a tube with beautiful view into nature. Mario is the perfect host - if you need him he is always there - if you do not need him he respects your privacy at any time. We spent 7 weeks in this paradise and I am really missing the generous view & the 'silence of nature' ;-)

A tranquil and peaceful unit, evening fire outside and watched wildlife inside the Addo Park. Bumpy road for 6km but just take it slowly.
