It was the perfect house for me and my friends for spring break! The distance to the ski resort you can’t beat it! Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return! Jackie was accommodating, and the cabin had everything we could have needed. Watching the sunset from the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, walking around the neighborhood, hiking various trails (or attempting due to mud and ice), and taking in the beautiful nearby sights were just a few highlights.

My friends and I had an amazing spring break and this cabin had a lot to do with that! The cabin was relaxing, had a great view, and we loved the hot tub! Will definitely stay here in the future!

Lenora was helpful. Listing description accurate. Hints for use of amenities greatly appreciated. Listing well kept and good for a family adventure. Breakable decorations few, which was appreciated given little hands we had running amuck. 10/10 would stay again.

Our family had a great stay at Savannah’s place. It was located centrally to all the places we wanted to visit and was a cozy retreat after a day out exploring. We would choose to stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Timberland Lodge! Our group of 10 found the space to be perfect for our winter getaway. The lodge was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was fantastic—close to Terry Peak for skiing and just a short drive to Lead and Deadwood for dining and entertainment. We loved the foosball table for some friendly competition in the evenings. If you're planning a trip to the Black Hills in the winter, we wholeheartedly recommend Timberland Lodge. It was the perfect home base for our adventure, and we can’t wait to come back!

very beautiful views and very beautiful house! we managed to get a 5th wheel up to it with our side by side but I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're super skilled with trailers. I have nothing to complain about with this house. Definitely would recommend the place to others to stay at! The hosts were VERY quick at responded which was top tier!!

Place was really cozy and easy to find! Hot tub & sauna worked great and would recommend to anyone. There are a bunch of cool things to do that are within 45 minutes of the house.

Wonderful house, our family really enjoyed the location and amenities. Only lament is that the amenities are so numerous that not all were enjoyed, guess our stay was too short. Check in and out was simple and easy. There is an abundance of general supplies that are often lacking in other rentals (detergents, towels, bedding, tools, games and such). The most glowing compliment I can give this airbnb is: "This is what was the service originally advertised, someone's space with all the accoutrements that the owner might need and use provided to a guest." In which I hope we left the home in a state that continues such a social contract. Thank you for lending us your home

Serene and peaceful. Cute place for our overnight stay! Wish we had longer. Apple Maps made it a little hard to find..thank goodness for large billboard! Great communication for our late check in! Highly recommend!!

We just completed our four night stay and it was absolutely wonderful. We were pulling a trailer with two motorcycles so we needed to find a place to stay which could accommodate our trailer. Mackenzie’s place was perfect! It was just a little ways out of town, but so quiet and peaceful. The place was stocked with dishes, microwave, mini fridge, etc - but the fridge was the only thing we used. The bed was comfortable. We opened windows at night and it was really cool and comfortable. Our entire trip was perfect, until five minutes before we were ready to leave this morning at 6a and my boyfriend locked the keys in the car. I would absolutely book Mackenzie’s place again if we return to the area!!

Great stay! Arrived to a warm cabin on a cold day. Most grateful it's open as many other options are closed during this time of year.

Just absolutely love this place! As a frequent visitor to the Black Hills we get an Air BNB cabin about 6 or 8 times a year and this was in the top 5% of places we have stayed for sure! Loved the location and the 2 live creeks right on the property that feed into trout ponds! Forgot to bring a fishing pole but we did see some fish jump out of the water so they must be in there! Thanks again to Carmen and especially to co host Julie who was very responsive and accommodating!

This is our second time staying here - it’s just as beautiful in the fall as it is in the winter. My dog and I had a great time exploring, sitting on the deck, observing the wildlife (daily visits from many deer, turkeys, etc). It’s very peaceful. The deck is our favorite place to hang. The addition of the recliner inside is so great - as is the new deck furniture. Truly a little slice of heaven. Will definitely be back again!

This cabin is awesome! The views are great and it’s very quiet. David was very responsive when we needed to ask about the drive in since we had nasty weather. The cabin is cozy and it was nice to have a fire waiting for us in the wood stove. Would love to visit again and explore more.

This rental was outstanding! We’ve stayed at many rental homes and this home had the most well supplied kitchen we’ve ever had. This home is a really long way from town and other homes, so it was very peaceful and quiet. We were there in the winter and the scenery was unbelievable! The hosts were so good at making sure the road and driveway were plowed for us. They had the home very well supplied with extra items so we didn’t feel we had to run into town unnecessarily. They took the time to make the decor very cozy and homey. Lots of nice little touches. We will definitely go back!

This place is EPIC! It felt so peaceful and my family didn't want to leave; because it was so special. If you are thinking about this place to stay, you better or you will be missing out.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything in the Black Hills. The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Very quiet, clean and cozy. The animals at the ranch were the cherry on top. Loved everything about the ranch. Definitely will book again when we come back.

Great place to stay. Great instructions, really simple on guests, and not a speck of dust. Amenities within the house are above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen at a property rental.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was very quick & easy to retrieve our key from the lock box with a code Crystal had provided shortly after booking. The 2 bedroom cabin was perfect for 2 couples and in a great location for checking out Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, and driving the Needles Highway. Crystal was very quick to respond to any questions we had and had our cabin equipped with everything we needed. Very clean & cozy!

This place was a perfect home base for us to explore the Badlands and the Black Hills. Joleen was incredibly accommodating and gave great recommendations for local activities.
