Great stay at Villa Kara. The Villa is spacious inside and out, and very clean and well equipped. Location is great, easy walk into the village or to the beach and if you have a car its a great base for days out. The pool is really lovely, but not heated, so if you are early in the season before the sun has heated it up you'll need to be brave! Very relaxing, we would definitely stay again.

We had a really good stay. The house is well located, especially if you have a car and want to explore out of town. Very close to shops, and easy walk to the sea. All is in good order, and well kept. Very comfortable accommodation indeed. The smart lock on the door failed, but Armen was with us with a key in less than fifteen minutes. Very responsive indeed.

This villa was a succesful choice. There was a beautiful view from every spot of the property, both from inside and outside. Together with tidiness of places you can say that fengshui worked. If you want to improve something, the wifi could be updated so that it would work more reliably. In all we had a relaxing and a pleasant stay.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Wir konnten die ruhige und private Atmosphäre genießen. Der Blick und die Sonnenuntergänge waren beeindruckend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und war super sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Es gab Sonnenliegen und eine schöne Sitzgruppe mit Sonnenschirm.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. The apartment is clean and quiet. There is everything you need for your holiday. Very comfortable mattress, strong WiFi, equiped kitchen. The terrace is awesome. There is many parking places around. I was satisfied

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Notamment, nous avons pas mal cuisiné et les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles. Le logement était très calme à cette période. Seul bémol, la literie un peu vieillissante.

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.

Mein Aufenthalt in dem Apartment auf Zypern war insgesamt angenehm. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war praktisch, mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich habe die Zeit dort genossen und kann die Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt empfehlen.
