Neo Klima : locations de vacances

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed a wonderful welcome and the amazing panoramic sea views. What a great location. The facilities were basic but had everything we needed and our hosts made sure they were easy to contact if we had needed anything else. We enjoyed the stunning sunsets over Skiathos, the local walks and the good choice of eateries in Glossa. We got around by bus and taxi.

This simply stunning house has spoiled me for any future Airbnb bookings. A breathtakingly beautiful yet comfortable space in a wonderful location, Harbour House is also superbly well-appointed from the most comfortable bed with its deluxe linen sheets and quality air conditioning systems to the generous supply of coffee pods, luxury toiletries and quality kitchen equipment and tableware. I could go on! The location is also worthy of mention - it was right at the heart of the old town and close to everything yet never noisy (my earplugs went unworn!) - and the views delightful from the lovely terrace. Louisa was also hugely helpful in planning our trip - both in person and via her thoughtful guide packed with great recommendations and suggested itineraries. Do take her advice (it is spot on) and do mention her when booking restaurants and activities, I am sure it got us even better tables on occasion. This place is a real gem and if you have booked and are yet to go, I envy you!

Le logement est fonctionnel avec un confort correct (pour nous idéal pour les vacances). Le quartier est calme et l’appartement est proche d’un supermarché et de bonnes tavernes. L’atout majeur de l’appartement est la proximité des très belles plages et ports de Votsi où Roussoum. Enfin Olga (et sa fille) ont été très réactives et arrangeantes pour nos sollicitations. Brefs on a passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement situé sur une île superbe.

An amazing house on the most incredible island. Giovanni was extremely helpful and responsive. The house has everything that’s needed and very comfortable. When the island had a freak weather downpour Giovanni straight away sent around someone to check in on us and offer any help with the heavy rain fall causing a waterfall on the street. No problems at all and something else for the experience!

First time in Alonnissos and I felt like home. Aristea, the owner was always there for any questions of mine. I found the house quite easily. Its location was magnificent with a lovely view and the neighborhood was quiet but close at the same time to bars and cafes. Last but not least, the house was very clean and nicely decorated . Highly recommended!

Un'ottima esperienza. Marina sempre disponibile tramite messaggi, e poi ,il valore aggiunto è decisamente la madre...Morfo!!! Disponibile sempre. All'arrivo, causa ritardo aereo, siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte, e non avevamo cenato, e Morfo ci ha preparato dei semplici, ma ottimi tramezzini con il loro buonissimo formaggio e dei pomodori, che abbiamo "divorato" fuori al terrazzino di fronte al mare....ed è così che abbiamo iniziato la nostra vacanza. Per il resto, è tutto fedele all'annuncio. Consigliato decisamente!!! Grazie Marina, e un grazie particolare alla dolcissima Morfo
