We had a great stay at Patroklos's apartment! Clean, cozy, equipped with everything that you need, easy to find and on great location! Patroklos was a great host! I 100% recommend his place and we would definitely come back again here when we go to Thessaloniki!

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage und der Check-In war problems. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich alles, was man braucht und man kann fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. ✨

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

superbe logement avec une magnifique vue on a était accueilli vraiment chaleureusement l'endroit et parfait avec un petit centre ville a quelques mètres . juste peut être a revoir la douche un peu petite et mettre une porte a la place du rideau mais hors mis cela ...c'était parfait on reviendra dans hésité

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der wunderschönen und sauberen Wohnung! Es war traumhaft 😍 Die Wohnung ist groß, modern, sauber und ruhig. Sie liegt genau gegenüber vom Meer und von der Terrasse hat man einen Mega Ausblick! Wir haben jede Woche neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen und die Gastgeberin war immer sofort da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder uns ausgesperrt haben. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 🤗 Am Strand vor dem Haus gibt es genug Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber wenn man den Trubel mag fährt man 5 Minuten weiter und hat es da!

We had a great stay at Ioannis's apartment. The apartment is located very close to the main street and beaches, with several minutes walking distance. The view from the balcony is lovely. We'd come back again to this place.

Our stay at Marija's apartament was really comfortable. The great advantage of this place is its convenient location very close to the beach🏖️ (2 minutes walk) and at the same time in the middle of the seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, neat and minimalistic. The communication with Marija went in an easy manner, we didn't have any issues with flexible check-in and check-out👍🏼 We enjoyed our holidays in Perea! Many thanks the host🙏🏼

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Ev, tam olarak fotograflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Ekstra olarak istediklerimizide hemen tedarik edildi. Konum olarak, sakin ve huzur dolu bir yer. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve deniz cok güzeldi. Diğer koylara gitmek içinde yine güzel bir konumdaydı. Cok yakında ihtiyaclarınızı karsılayabileceğiniz market var. Ev sahibi dost canlısı ve cok yardımsever. Sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Sonraki tatillerde kesinlikle yine düşüneceğim bir yer.

Our stay was great. The apartment was as described, everything was clean and fresh. The host was super responsive and carrying checking on us prior to us arriving and after we left. We enjoyed it a lot.

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Dimitris was professional, responsive and straight-forward. The interiors have been newly refurbished to a good standard. The place now comes with a cot/crib and highchair, as the owners bought them for our visit. The area is relaxing. The town center of Nea Irakleia is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Walk on a back path because there is no pavement on the roadside to get there. Nea Irakleia is a nice small town where locals seem to be living the good life; with a strong sense of community but still welcoming to outsiders.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

This is a great place to stay. I was here for 4 days, it's centrally located, close to many restaurants and stores and all the attractions of Thessaloniki. The bathroom water temperature is good, pressure a bit on the low side. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The apartment is of a good size. I'd recommend it heartily.

Kostas and Irene were excellent hosts and made me feel right at home! It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would absolutely love to stay there again during beach weather. It’s always great to see hosts go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. Beautiful, clean, and in a peaceful location.
