This beautifully designed 2BHK has a great aesthetic and is easy to find. Located in a 24/7 guarded society with ample parking, it’s very convenient. While there’s no housekeeping, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view, but from the first-floor balcony and windows, you only see nearby buildings—no mountain or greenery views. The location is about 8-10 minutes by car from Lake Phewa. Laxmi was incredibly accommodating and responsive.

I can't recommend this homestay enough! Ram and his sweet family make you feel welcome from day one, but also give you space and privacy to do your own thing. I stayed in this very comfortable apartment for 5 nights and felt very relaxed. I even had the pleasure of sharing dinner with the family one evening. On the day I was supposed to fly something came up and immediately Ram stepped in to help me sort it out. Next time I'm in Kathmandu, I'll be back for sure!

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

I stayed here for a few days. The room was clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with the bathroom, which was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of hot water. Their garden was very beautiful. In addition, there was a washing machine and a place to hang clothes.

We stayed at Vidit's for two weeks to participate in tennis tournaments at All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association. It was only 10 minutes drive and very easy to call a taxi by Apps. Also very convenient to do grocery shopping everyday at the supermarket next to the apartment. Above all, Mr. Vidit is kind enough to meet any request we made anytime. Highly recommend‼︎

It was pleasure staying at Beganus lake, the traditional home made Napalease food were awesome especially the barbeque fish. Bishwo's restaurant and the property is just at the bank of the lake having plenty of greeneries around. Bishwo's and his spouse Versha were very hospitable and ensured putting all of us at ease and comfort. Even Versha found out time from her tight schedule and took us for a local sightseeing. We will definitely look forward again staying at their place if get a chance visiting Beganus lake. I rate my overall experience at their place is excellent.

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. Thanks Arjun, will like to come back just for your hospitality.😊

We felt very welcome at Sunil’s place. We were in the house of the family but had our private room and bathroom. They are very open to help and chat, and prepare meals when we wanted to eat there, and at the same time we felt totally free to go out and come in, or just watch a movie in our room at night. Sunil and his family are definitely examples of the reknowned Nepalese hospitality and friendliness! I highly recommend to stay over at Sunil’s place!

OMG zubin and rara's place feels like home they think of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible and the place is worth so much more than the price listed , they are the kindest and most thoughtful people I ever met in Nepal and now are more like family than hosts. they have made my stay feel like I never left home. From Zubins amazing morning coffee and Rara's egg fried rice and the recommendations for travel , safety and party's i never felt more safe as when I was them. they deserve to have a super host status

Segunda estancia en el apartamento de Sams. Una vez más, todo perfecto. Como en casa. Pudimos hacer el check out más tarde lo estipulado e incluso Sams se ofreció a llevarnos al aeropuerto.

A fine apartment in a nice building away from the hustle and bustle of Lakeside, but still close enough to walk there as often as you like. Pros: -Tika and Madhav! The owners and their family are so welcoming and friendly. You will feel like family while you are there. -Location -Great hiking nearby -Super comfortable beds -Private parking if you rent transportation Cons: -Loud! The family is so welcoming that there are always guests who have a tendency to talk quite loudly. Also, there are many stray dogs that bark and bark! Madhav did speak with the owner of one of the loudest in the area to get them to do something about it which was much appreciated. -The place is great, but sparse. You can’t expect European luxury of course, the apartment has everything you need, it’s just not the most comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this place. The few missing items or issues we had were instantly dealt with. Thanks so much Tika and Madhav!

I wish words were enough to praise our stay at Pooja’s home. My daughter and I were comfortable, conveniently located, and treated like family for our entire time in Kathmandu. The home is immaculate, spacious, and inside of a privacy gate. Our hosts were the kindest people we could’ve hoped to meet! I highly recommend this stay as a perfect home base for your travels through Nepal! 10 out of 10!
