Very attentive host! I had concerns about traffic noise as I arrived at peak peak rush hour they offered to move me or put foam in the windows but assured me that it’s was really just for one hour a day as the local office buildings let out. They were 100% right and it was a very peasant peaceful stay!

Been staying here the second time now. And like as before I love the location up on the hill overlooking Pokhara (away from the dust), the spacious comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities and incredibly friendly and helpful owner and staff. Felt right at home and well taken care of. See you again next year! :)

Badhra and his family has been a real pleasure to live with for a month! They were extremely accommodating and helpful to my every need and was always somewhere around when I needed help. I had a room with an entire terrace with an amazing view of Pokhara and you can also see the stupa from there. It’s nice and quiet so I had very restful nights. Only about a 10minute walk to the Main Street where most things are, but well worth it considering noisy there. I liked waking up to the sound of birds and local people of a peaceful neighbourhood. Most of all, badhra was an amazing trekking guide! Full of humour and dad jokes, he made my ABC trek experience extraordinary. He is extremely experienced as he has been doing it for almost 30 years and well connected with the locals along the trek. He organised the trek according my my personal needs and was flexible in the schedule even during the trek. Everyone was telling me how lucky I was to have such an energised guide! A real gem! Roshani & Sugat are wonderful hosts, going above & beyond to make sure I got the best experience of Kathmandu. The house is clean, comfy and welcoming. Location is central but away from the crowds of Thamel tourists and gives a real insight into people's lives here. Highly recommended. I'll be back next time I stay in Kathmandu!

This place is in a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from the main gate of Boudha. There is laundry service and a pharmacy close by. As for the host Samyak, he was very easy to get in touch with. He is a very polite and courteous person. Would definitely recommend this to others.
