I don't even know where to begin to describe this wonderful experience. This was the first time in 15 years for my husband and me to visit Kangaroo Island, and the very first time for our 6- and 9-year-old children. Vivonne Bay was the perfect location, offering ideal access to all the places that captivated us, and we enjoyed every day in comfort. Adorable animals visited the ocean view throughout the day, and our children absolutely loved spending time with the cute wallabies and birds. Without a doubt, this has become one of our most treasured memories. The room was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Ian and Anne’s recommended handbook was also incredibly helpful. Even the meals at the nearby general store exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! A wonderful warm inviting home with the most fantastic views!!! Jane welcomed us with local inside info on all the best places to stop and see and eat. What a a wonderful place! Located less than a 5minute walk to the quiet emu bay beach and jetty, and only a 15minute drive from the main town, it was a lovely getaway in a clean and well equipped air bnb. Great views from the deck of the sunrise over the bay, and we saw pelicans and kangaroos every day. The hosts gave us heaps of recommendations prior to check in and were quick to communicate with. The house has a large securely fenced yard for the dogs to run around on. It was a beautiful week spent at Emu Bay!

We had a wonderful six days in this lovely home, enjoying Vivonne Bay and the island. The house had everything we needed, plus nightly visits from wallabies! The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped, and made a great base for exploring Kangaroo Island. We would stay again, and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time in Cape Jervis. The house, location and view are great. It is the ideal location for a day trip to Kangaroo Island, the ferry terminal is only minutes away so that it is easy to catch the earliest and latest ferries of the day. One thing to remember is that Cape Jervis itself is only a small village and Victor Harbor where all the restaurants and tourism offers are, is about 45 minutes-drive away. The absolute highlight are the kangaroos assembling across the road in the early morning and evening.

Endroit magique, au milieu de la nature. un point d'eau juste devant la terrasse attire les animaux , surtout les kangourous mais aussi les oiseaux. on déjeune avec eux, c'est merveilleux. Le logement est spacieux et très agréable. Dave nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée pour nous présenter le logement et tous les équipements. il s'est montré très serviable et disponible en cas de besoin. C'est vraiment l'endroit où rester à Kangaaroo Island.

Amazing views, stunning sunrise. Had everything we needed with comfortable beds for all the family. Location was very peaceful with easy walk down to the water. Highly recommend Kevin’s place.

I don’t think there would be a better place to stay on Kangaroo Island. Vicky’s place is like coming to a farm stay retreat . The sunsets from the decking were spectacular and we loved the friendly farm animals that surrounded the property. Spacious, spotlessly clean and views from every window. So easy to access all the amazing sights and venues on the island. Though we were tempted just to stay on the decking and enjoy the peace and serenity of this wonderful holiday home . We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and next time we will stay longer.
