this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Très bel endroit pour passer quelques jours. L’appartement était propre et conforme aux photos. Quel bonheur de se lever et d’admirer le lever de soleil sur l’Ocean depuis le salon. Nous avons communiqué par message avec Staley qui a été très réactive et précise concernant l’arrivée autonome. Nous recommandons vivement cette appartement bien placé et très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Seul petit point négatif, le débit d’eau des douches était relativement faible. Mais cela n’a pas été trop gênant. Un très beau logement bien décoré et très bien placé.

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

William is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions before and after the rental. This condo was directly on the beach with great views and a private porch. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of using during an airbnb stay. He provided every item necessary for use in the kitchen. He doesn't skimp on towels, we had more than enough for use in the condo as well as the beach. Very easy access to entering the condo and the beach with our own marked parking space. Our only negative was after a few days the condo directly above us was rented with two small dogs that barked alot. We could hear them at night through our ceiling. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant. Also want to note that in the original listing description it states the shared outdoor pool is heated. It was not : ( I would recommend to others staying here for a nice beach getaway! Thank you William, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. We had a great stay . We were in the area to visit family , and enjoyed the quiet condo and walks on the beach. Close to several restaurants- all walking distance . Enjoyed easy access to the beach .

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

This home was wonderful, clean and had those extras that made you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable, soft towels. Our stay was so peaceful,comfortable and enjoyable. The chairs on the private patio were so comfortable and we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. The best part was waking up and making a fresh cup of coffee and heading out to the porch to see the stars and watch Venus rise up over the ocean followed by a gorgeous sunrise. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

Daniel was more than accommodating to our needs and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was absolutely lovely—peaceful, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and how smoothly everything went.

Perfect for a small family with children, easy and quick access to the beach with all beach towels and chairs available inside the condo. We loved the place and will definitely consider again on our next stay. Host was very kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. Definitely recommend :)

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

We stayed here for a work trip and it was the perfect space! The three bedrooms/three full bathrooms was a game changer and the views were stunning. Very highly recommend staying here!

We were in the area for a wedding and the location was perfect. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck. It would be helpful to have a baby bed for young families. Everything was in a short driving distance.

My group really enjoyed The Ocean Villas that we rented. They were very nice, looked just like the pictures, provided everything we needed even items for the beach (beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, etc.). We were able to do some day trips to St Augustine, Amelia Island, St Simon's Island as well as enjoying Jacksonville Beach. All day trips were within less than 90 minutes. The Jacksonville area had good restaurants and we often ate at Neptune Beach which was a very easy three mile drive or walk from The Ocean Villas. The hosts were very responsive to anything we asked them or needed. I would recommend both the hosts and the accommodations.
