Can’t beat the ocean view from the 2nd floor. Would definitely rebook! Appreciate all the leftover spices and extras in the kitchen that made preparing a meal feel like home. We paid it forward with bottles of water ready in the refrigerator for the next guests. Hope housekeeping will leave it there :) Only 1 my minor ask/observation, no paper towel, just an empty roll. Otherwise, everything perfect.

We stayed for 4 weeks. We immediately found the villa very clean. It was also very well equipped. The washer and dryer worked as it should which is very important as it pertains to the length of our stay. There was very little we needed but the few times we contacted Peggy, her response was immediate. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wanted a quiet, relaxing experience.

Place was perfect for our stay. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of options nearby for food and drink. We enjoyed the upper level covered porch area for coffee in the mornings. Will definitely be back!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

My husband had a kidney transplant and we had some follow up appointments at Mayo. Mandy’s place was perfect for us. 😊 It had an amazing view with a short walk to the beach that was so peaceful. We loved the beach, home, scenery, and location tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for a wonderful host and the place was excellent!

We stayed four days with our two teen age grandkids. It was perfect for us! Very well furnished. Had everything we needed. Walk right out to the beach. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Nicole is a very responsive host. Price was competitive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Where do I begin! We stayed in Jacksonville Beach for our daughter’s senior spring break. Our Condo was more like a tranquil, peace of home. There were so many extras we only had to bring food and ourselves. Hillary was so responsive, always there if we needed a recommendation for good restaurant or shopping. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, so much space, quiet, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hillary was one of the BEST hosts we have rented from. Thank you for sharing your place with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was so convenient to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular!

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

Robert was a great host! Very accommodating and helpful. The townhouse was very comfy and had everything you’d need for a longer or short stay.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

I had an amazing stay at Staylah of Northeast Florida. The unit looks exactly like the photos. The beach is a very short walk across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was a lovely stay. The host was super communicative and also left me a lil surprise on the counter (yummy snacks) kitchen has everything you would ever need. Bed was comfy!

William is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions before and after the rental. This condo was directly on the beach with great views and a private porch. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of using during an airbnb stay. He provided every item necessary for use in the kitchen. He doesn't skimp on towels, we had more than enough for use in the condo as well as the beach. Very easy access to entering the condo and the beach with our own marked parking space. Our only negative was after a few days the condo directly above us was rented with two small dogs that barked alot. We could hear them at night through our ceiling. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant. Also want to note that in the original listing description it states the shared outdoor pool is heated. It was not : ( I would recommend to others staying here for a nice beach getaway! Thank you William, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again.
