Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Dongmei was easy to communicate with. She replied within 15 mins. The place was very convenient to the boardwalk and beach.

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

Carolina was a great host. Her directions were super clear and detailed. The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. There were no personal items everywhere so it felt really clean and easy. Would love to come back in the summer since it's so close to the beach. We came for a family wedding and it was great to be able to stay together and spend more time together! Carolina gave great recommendations on local restaurants and a hair salon. Highly recommend this house and host!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Brooke was amazing. Easy to get in. The only thing to note about this place is that it’s not by a train station. It’s by bus stops however if you don’t mind that. My friend and I decided to uber to the train station to save time, which added up but that was our decision. Brooke was helpful for what we needed. Would recommend if you don’t mind the distance from the train.

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Peter’s beautiful brownstone for our family engagement weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This brownstone will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful to Peter for his hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach house in walking distance to anything on the boardwalk. We will definitely be using them again!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

I booked this Airbnb for my Fiance’s surprise bachelor weekend in Jersey City/New York. It was very spacious to accommodate 6 men and they each had their own space as well. They loved the rooftop balcony and how conveniently located the property was to all the places they were going to that weekend. Parking was a bit to figure out but nothing a little patience and short walk can’t handle. Highly Recommend!!

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated! The location was close to many restaurants and an easy walk to the PATH. We had a great visit!

Great short stay at this nice home. Kitchen had all I needed and I appreciated the parking on sight.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children. Walking distance to beach. Responsive host. Very clean space. There are upstairs units and the walls and floors are thin. I also recommend travel black out curtains as it gets bright early at the beach and they have thin blinds.
