Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lauren’s Airbnb near Hamilton Park in Jersey City! Lauren was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1.5-year-old. The location is ideal—just a short distance from NYC, making it easy to get in the city or out to the NJ suburbs. Hamilton Park is right around the corner, which was perfect for a morning stroll with our little one. The unit itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. The amenities in the building were fantastic—whether it was the kids playroom or the gym, it felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough! Lauren’s thoughtfulness and the incredible location, combined with the beautiful space and top-notch amenities, made for a truly memorable stay while we were back for the holidays. We look forward to returning!

Had a fantastic stay at Zara’s! The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient for exploring both Jersey City and NYC. Zara was a very welcoming and friendly host, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again :)

Samantha is a wonderful host who responds quickly to messages. She was very accommodating with our late check-out request and helped us store our luggage after check-out time. The house is warm, cozy, and clean. The two doors with locks made us feel very safe during our stay. The location is about 30 minutes from Manhattan by bus and train. While the transportation systems between New York and New Jersey are slightly different and may seem complicated at first, it becomes very easy to commute to Manhattan once you get used to it. Overall, I highly recommend this place!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We stayed in John's place in Bed-Stuy for its proximity to our daughter's home and upcoming wedding in Brooklyn and Prospect Park respectively. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of several informal restaurants, grocery stores, coffee cafes and pubs; it was a good location for our purposes and a modest walk to the G and A/C subway lines. The modern Kitchen has the basics one needs as to flatware, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans cooking utensils, etc., and they maintain a small collection of cooking essentials such as oil, vinegar salt, pepper, some spices, likely that guests have left. The appliances are clean and relatively new. The bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) have high quality linens & towels, though there is limited hidden storage for clothing other than a closet shelf in the BRs. Showers are adequate, with ample hot water. The beds are comfortable and also relatively new. All together, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

this is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard the indoor authentic fireplace had so much charm Alex is a great communicator and host I looking forward to coming back to Princeton to stay by Alex everything in the house is perfect and feels Just Like Home I absolutely recommend it

Stacy was by far the kindest most responsive hostess I’ve ever dealt with on air bnb! She ensured everything in her home was just right! The house was spotless and we loved all of the natural light that flowed in through the large windows. Walking right out onto the beach was the best. Stacy’s home is a hidden treasure and such a cozy retreat! We can’t wait to go back!

Suhas was a great host. Unfortunate circumstances with the guest before me but Suhas let me know immediately about that issue and helped ensure that we would not have to check in too late as they dealt with the issue. The house was very nice, great decoration and furniture, it really felt like a home. The kitchen had the bare essentials - would have preferred if there was a bit more in terms of cups and mixing bowls and other things. But still we were able to manage with all the cooking we needed to do. If planning on cooking or baking things here, be prepared to grab a few things. But Walmart is nice and close.

This place is so lovely and cute! It is so close to the boardwalk, making it very convenient and walkable. The beaches are beautiful! Joseph and Linda and Catherine were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this adorable little place!

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

Mikes place was perfect for our week trip to visit family. There is plenty of grassy areas nearby to walk our dog, and the beach is only 3 blocks away.

We had to leave early due to expected snow on the way home. However, they rebated us $250 and I thanked them. We also asked for a Kuering coffee make and they put it in the rental, so that was appreciative. The only concern we had was that we had no flexibility in adjusting the temperature setting. I mentioned to them and he indicated that he would have made the change - so again that was great! We did think it was expensive especially since this was a visit to see our son in a wellcare facility. And the severe weather we had to endure. It was not a vacation. Overall we were thankful .fo

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Das war der beste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Wir waren alle richtig traurig wieder nach Hause zu müssen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, sehr funktionell und dekorativ ausgestattet. Der Zugang war einfach über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und man hat alles, was man brauchen könnte. Wir habe uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Am besten gefiel uns der große Herd, der schnelle Wasserkocher, das gute Beleuchtungskonzept. Es gibt viele Lichtschalter und Lampen. Es waren auch ausreichend Steckdosenadapter da. Für mich richtig gut, viele Kleiderbügel. Wenn man kocht, kommt gerne ein Eichhörnchen ans Fenster (es kann nicht reinkommen). Die Lage ist auch super. Es gibt eine gute Bahnanbindung, ein Whole Foods Supermarkt, kleine Geschäft und Restaurants. Der Hudson ist fußläufig erreichbar, dort haben wir jemand getroffen der sein Hausschwein ausführt. Die Nachbarn sind nett und sehr ruhig. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen hier zu übernachten.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)
