This was my first time using Airbnb, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The host was proactive and extremely responsive to all my inquiries, making the experience smooth from the start. The check-in process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear. The apartment itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and wonderfully located in the heart of the historic district. It was a perfect base for exploring Rome, with key attractions like the Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican all within walking distance. There were also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was a nice bonus. And the food was amazing! We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this apartment to others. A great first Airbnb experience!

Siamo stati ospiti di Wim per un’occasione speciale e la nostra permanenza è stata ben oltre le aspettative! La villa offre una vista spettacolare sia sui monti che sul lago, offre una bellissima piscina con sdraio a disposizione, una vasta parte verde in cui rilassarsi e molti posti letto per passare del tempo in compagnia! Consigliamo a tutti questi soggiorno! Wim è un host attento e premuroso, super reattivo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Lo ringraziamo perché ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo!

Volevamo ringraziare Pietro per la sua ospitalità. Nn è stato soltanto un ottimo host, ma ci ha accolti come se ci conoscemmo già da tempo in questa location fantastica, con prodotti del territorio e vino locale. The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet gated area. It is a 30-minute walk from the Vatican, close to a bus stop, with a 10-minute ride to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the metro. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious terrace is a great bonus for enjoying your vacation in Rome. Jacopo is a great host. He provides all the information you need to make the most of your time in Rome. I stayed in the apartment for 20 days, and it was amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the apartment.

Une de nos plus belle location Un service juste digne d’un 5 étoiles Un service exceptionnel Des chambres luxueuses avec chacune une salle de bain privé Tout est parfaitement propre et confortable La piscine est incroyablement grande et majestueuse Le jaccuzi est super aussi… il y a une douche et salle de bain extérieur La sécurité est partout (caméra, alarme, sécurité piscine) Il est à proximité de commerce et restaurant La literie est parfaite Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés Tout est parfait Je pourrais passer une soirée à faire les éloges de la propriété et d’Alessio qui nous a accueilli était au top !!! On a pu s’organiser parfaitement pour notre arrivée et notre départ Je peux que conseiller à mon entourage votre magnifique villa !!! Tout était parfait… un sans faute On se sent comme chez soi On reviendra c’est certain :)

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!
