Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ekaterina’s flat which is ideally located in the neighborhood of Regola, close to all the historical sights and great restaurants. The flat is spacious with two bedrooms (and comfortable beds) and one bathroom. It should be noted though that the flat is located on the fifth floor with no lift and relatively steep steps, so if you have trouble walking this could be a challenge during your stay. But overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Great location in the Monti District. Short walk to the Colosseum and a lot of great restaurants and small shops.

Minou and Giovanni were great hosts! Giovanni met us at the apartment, gave us a tour and told us his favorite local places to go. The location was perfect for walking to everything. Great restaurants and food close by.

Ero già innamorato del lago di Campotosto,ma viverlo da casa di Stefano è stata un'esperienza unica...la vista,il silenzio interrotto solo dagli animali (e dai miei cani),l'infinità di stelle da contemplare(infatti mi sono portato il telescopio e vorrei segnalare assolutamente questo posto agli astrofili come me)per me basterebbero per quello che ho pagato. Casa di Stefano è semplicemente bellissima,accogliente(come lui),calda,confortevole e fornita di tutto ciò che serve.Una pacchia per i nostri cani che hanno potuto sfrenarsi in tutta sicurezza. Stefano poi è una persona squisita,ti spiega tutto quello che riguarda la casa e non solo(escursioni,cibo, dintorni),e chiacchierarci è veramente un piacere. Ci tornerò presto.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

Great little apartment. Coffee shop , pharmacy and little supermarket type shop downstairs really useful. Fantastic area to be in for restaurants and for proximity to the centre. Everything in walking distance.
