The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

Our stay at this place was just what we needed. Took my daughter for her birthday and wanted to check out the aquarium and other things around. The rental was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned. The place was just as advertised and in a great area for food and such. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

What a beautiful little place! Wonderful view of the ocean from the comfort of the Condo or a short walk and you're on the sand. Couldn't ask for much more. Warren was a great host, and I would recommend his place to anyone wanting a beach front rental. The hot tub in the unit was a big hit with my group and we would definitely like to return soon...

This location was beyond amazing! We love traveling with our family and this octopus themed nook was perfect for a family of 4. Carrie was beyond amazing! Communication, clear instructions, responsive, and so nice. There is also a fun little game she has set up for you upon check in that we all loved! It was such a fun family activity. Whale Bites Cafe, located directly above the house, was the most amazing place we ate at! You could tell by the service that they really cared. We ate there multiple days. We have been vacationing in Oregon for 10+ years and it was by far some of the best food we have had! We will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay. This place is perfect for families. Lot’s of things to keep the kids busy.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

What a fantastic time at this gem of a home! The location is hard to beat with such comfort to relax. We loved the ocean view, peaceful waves and cool breezes. Thanks for having such a well equipped kitchen with actual knives and a sharpener!

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. This was such a great last minute find for us! Beautiful little condo and just a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained and smelled oh so good! Lynn was so easy to contact and check in and out was the easiest!

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

We loved how close it was to the bay and the beach. The IGA grocery store one block away. Along with the Glass store and restaurants. We saw seals, Bald eagles, and a large flock of seagulls. Our walk along the ocean beach was unique in that you can walk out to the mouth of the river. We had a fire on the beach and watched the sun set. Would definitely love to come back to this lovely condo and stay longer. Great value.

For my second visit to LaBob's Nye Beach Retreat, I brought my sis who lives on the east coast! She was amazed at your beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed sister time since she lives so far away! The beautiful views from every window and balcony were breath taking, And walking on the beach was amazing! It was heavenly falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean! Coffee shops and stores are so close! I hope to take more family members to LaBob's soon! Elsa

We had a great stay at Victor’s! Waking up to the sound of give waves and view was serene! I’ll pick this place again if I return and I’m planning to comeback more often bc we couldn’t see everything around because of the rain. This place is located perfectly to explore both northern and southern coast..

Great place to stay and beautiful view of the beach, everything was clean and as listed. Easy walk down to beach. Only “complaint” which has nothing to do with the place itself is there where some kids being very loud and noisy at times stomping above us but other than that it was an amazing stay and highly recommended!
