La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Bulgarian seaside! The house was tastefully designed to take the guest away from the busy daytime in the city and provide a tranquil retreat. Add the pool and the starry nights and the vacation at the Yellow House becomes the perfect summer destination. All the hot spots in this part of the seaside are a quick drive away, including the beaches, restaurants, shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose Manuela's house for our next visit to the Black Sea.

Schön abgelegen und ruhig , direkt am Meer , Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit , die Nachbarn waren auch sehr nett , da ich beim Angeln kein Glück hatte bekamen wir von ihnen nen rießengroßen Fischteller . War echt super !!

Super petite maison pas loin de la sunny beach. La maison est propre et bien arrangée. Tout y est, équipement, lave-linge avec produit, jouet denfants, petite terrasse couverte avec fauteuils sympas, ….. La piscine est grande et il y a peu de monde. Lilia et son mari habitent la maison d acote. Ils sont super sympas tout en étant discrets. Nous avons aimé la Irakli beach et Nesebar. La sunny beach etait bondee, moins notre truc. Super adresse a recommander!!!

Чудова квартира, з балконом та гарним видом на басейн , 3 хвилини від моря. Поруч є магазини. Найближчий супермаркет - на відстані 10 хв. Несебр - 15 хвинин на авто. Великий пляж «Сонячний берег» - 15 хв по лінії моря. В реальності квартира навіть краща, ніж на фото (інший диван і телевізор). Лене завжди була на звʼязку та оперативно виконувала всі прохання. Деякі моменти залишу поза відгуком, написав в особисті. До нових зустрічей! :)

It was great stay and we are very thankful to Aynur for her place and such a good care about it, it made our first impressions about Bulgaria and Burgas even better! The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, to the park, walking areas, plenty restaurants and cafeterias, shops and what not around. The building is very calm and streets are very quiet so we had a very nice rest. The WiFi was nice, I could work from the apartment without any problem. Thank you!

We are renting a house for the second year in a row, and we will definitely continue our vacation there. Always responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The place is very good, everything is available.

Чистая, светлая квартира. Терраса - изюминка апартаментов! Здесь проводили все время. На пляже за нами были закреплены 2 шезлонга и зонт. Мы переживали за подъезд к комплексу, но дорога отремонтирована и у нас не возникло никаких трудностей. На территории тихо, почти нету людей. Ресторан и магазин не работают. За продуктами нужно ездить в город, но он недалеко и мы были готовы. Отлично провели время и обязательно вернемся еще. Могу смело рекомендовать апартаменты, вы не пожалеете! Спасибо Эдде за гостеприимство!

Silvena is a great, great host ! very friendly, gave me lots of recommendations to do not only in Sunny Beach, but in other places in Bulgaria as well. I highly recommend her place, quiet neighborhood and even though the apartment is in front of a main avenue, you will not be disturbed by the noise. The bus station is a 10-15 minutes walk, either to the right or the left, once you reach the main street, besides the T - Supermarket. You can take a local bus to go to Nesebar and Burgas as well. I only have my sincere thanks to Silvena for everything.

Прекрасные апартаменты, которые сделали мой отдых по-настоящему комфортным! Очень уютно, чисто и стильно — здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Все необходимое для удобного проживания было в наличии, особенно порадовала оборудованная кухня и удобные кровати. Расположение очень удобное, легко добраться до основных мест в городе. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за внимание к деталям и заботу о гостях. Это место превзошло мои ожидания, и я остался в полном восторге!

We stayed at Yoanna's place for a week, the studio was very clean and matched the description. Great location on busy promenade, few minutes to the sandy beach, beautiful park or local restaurants. Yoanna was very friendly, always responsive to any questions. Much recommended :)

Skvelé ubytovanie v menšom meste a len niekoľko minút od letiska, ako aj od pokojnej pláže. Ideálne miesto na pokojnú dovolenku! Ivo bol veľmi milý a rýchlo komunikoval.

Beautiful Apartment and very well maintained. Looking out from the living room you can see the sea and various ships docked out in the bay. Apartment area was peaceful and quiet. This Unit has a washer and dryer combo! Big upsell here! This might not be a big deal in the summer months, but in the fall and winter months its wonderful! Fast Internet for work also. Was able to have multiple Teams meetings. I always found parking! Big bonus. There are about 4 spots for parking along the street. I stayed here two months and maybe 10 times I didn't have parking on the street and that was no issue because there is a grass parking area 20 feet away that always has room! Also the fish restaurant next to the grass parking is really good! If you turn right (walking) at the grass parking area you can see the restaurant. If you turn left instead and walk 3 blocks there is a local grocery store open 24 hours! Full service car wash right when you enter Sarafovo You will be happy to stay here!

Престоят ни беше прекрасен. Мястото е доста спокойно, на 2 минути от плажната ивица. Настаняването е много удобно и Sharron е много гостоприемна. С голямо удоволствие бихме се върнали пак. 😊

Близко к пляжам и ресторанам, милая терраса с бассейном на крыше, магазинчик на 1м этаже, большой магазин в трёх минутах, прекрасный вид на море, есть все необходимое. На балконе почти всегда ветер и прохладнее, чем на улице. Утром солнце, но в районе 11 оно уходит и можно отдыхать с видом на море, если вам не мешает, что дует. Бельё быстро сохнет. Доброжелательные хозяева. Хотя наш рейс очень задерживался, встретили нас ночью. Отвечали на все возникающие вопросы во время нашего проживания.

We spent a lovely week at Edryo’s place at the beginning of April 2025. Besides some small technical moments and the weather of course, we enjoyed our stay. The place is big enough for a couple or a small family, and it is fully equipped for a short or a mid-term stay. The location is great. The city center or the sea garden is just five minutes on foot. There is no private parking, but there is a payable parking at your service (a week's subscription costs 65 BGN). The internet connection was not super stable, but if it is not critical for you, why bother? I would definitely recommend Edryo's place for a stay in Burgas.
