This cottage was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were right on the beach with breath taking views. Access to beach was a short walk. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had Everything we needed to make meals , if we felt like cooking. The grocery store was right around the corner. The king size bed was comfy and we had a direct view of the ocean from bed , what a way to wake up! The only issue was a smell in one of the bedrooms we could not figure out what it was. This was a very cozy place. We did not get to use the hot tub, as it was rainy and windy. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Had a great stay! Loved that the beach was a three minute walk from the house.

We had the best time here! We felt very at home. Everything was as advertised, it was so comfortable and homey and the communication with manzanita beach rentals was phenomenal. For myself, 2 kids and a dog it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was awesome. The straight shot walk to the beach was quick and easy and the wagon with chairs and sand toys was super convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in addition to the books and games available. The town is quaint and felt very safe. We can’t wait to come back!

Andre’s place was a perfect retreat! Lots of private outdoor space for relaxing and playing. I loved the French doors opening to the private yard. The indoor/outdoor layout was great! And it was quiet, only the sound of birdsong and waves. Everyone was relaxed and happy!

The place was perfect for my wife's get away birthday trip. When we arrived they had a happy birthday sign hanging in the kitchen for her. She was throughly surprised as was I, its the little things that matter. The place was clean and well organized with all the amities we needed. Check in was easy and communication with our hosts was great. It was a perfect location for our hiking adventures, relaxing evenings, and good food. Highly recommend if you are interested in the area.

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

Another fantastic stay at Deb's wonderful cabin. Even though it rained much of our trip, the fireplace, music and books still made our trip relaxing and fulfilling. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Deb's cabin!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

Terri’s beach house was across the highway from the beach. It was very easy to walk to a beautiful beach location. There were shops and other amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner using all necessary and available cooking equipment! The house has a lot of stairs, so it was a little challenging for my elderly parents. The bonus room was great for my kids who are both in college, but be aware that this room is in the back of the garage and not close to a bathroom. The primary bedroom was beautiful!

We absolutely loved this cozy waterfront cottage at Nehalem Bay! Kids especially appreciated all the games, books and toys. I was grateful for the incredibly well stocked kitchen and high quality appliances. It made cooking out meals easy and fun. A highlight of our trip was kayaking over to Riverside Fish n Chips followed by Buttercup ice cream cones. Also highly recommend Wanda’s for brunch. We stayed four nights and already want to come back again!

We stayed with our 11 year old daughter & Mini Aussie. We were all very comfortable. The beach is a short, easy walk from the house. The beach is clean & the access is easy to maneuver (slight hill but nothing too steep.) There are rocks & tide pools for kids & plenty of beach to run. Everyone we met was friendly. The house is close to many restaurants & activities. We went to the nearby casino to eat dinner (buffet) & see a concert. Our 11 year old was welcome at both. The house was clean, well stocked, & as described/pictured in the listing. The beds/linens are comfortable. They have games, puzzles, & even dog toys/dishes. The check in & out process was easy (especially the asks at check out.) The home is fairly priced which is nice to see. If we could change anything, it would be a fenced in yard, larger TV’s in the bedrooms, another shower, and A/C (they do provide fans), but these things aren’t needed for a great stay. Overall, we had an A+ time & will stay again. Thank you!

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

We had an amazing stay at the Finders Keepers unit on the 3rd floor! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and completely unobstructed, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The unit itself was cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming, homey feel. It was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out – from the well-stocked kitchen to the binoculars provided for a closer look at the ocean view. The space was updated and modern, and didn't feel stuffy. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool was a big hit with the kid, and the convenient parking made coming and going a breeze. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything we needed and so easy to get around. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

We had a great stay. We were right on the beach and our place was cozy and clean. We would love to come back here on our next trip to Lincoln City.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!
