Janine was very responsive to us during our stay here in Sheffield. Great location for shopping at the Moor, or getting food around the area. Walkable in cooling weather conditions to the station from the accommodation (20mins), generally downhill.

Thanks for a great stay. Ideal location to walk to Matlock town centre. Cofy beds and all you need for a quick nights stopover.

Amazing place for short/long stays, in an area full of restaurants with great public transportation links! If u arrive by car there are plenty of parking places in about a mile from the location! Definitely will try to book again when we gonna travel again to lake district!

Fabulous place to stay, incredibly clean, quiet and comfortable. Was ideal for Ponds Forge where my daughter was competing, 10 minutes drive away. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops but a quiet road for a good sleep. Wonderful hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Elisabeth's Air bnb - we found it close to lots of cafes and restaurants with easy access to the Peaks via the local bus service. Would certainly recommend! 😃

This is a fab place, really comfortable and cosy and location could not be better, just moments away from lots of restaurants and bars, easy access to the peaks and the city centre but still very peaceful. The extra touches such as fresh bread on arrival and tea, coffee etc was really appreciated. We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs in Sheffield and this is definitely our favourite, we would not hesitate to book again.

Cool and effective design of a small space. We felt cosy and relaxed as everything had its place and was lovely and clean. There were interesting books that Nicky was happy for us to read. Up on the hill in a residential area, the properties on the street are interesting, with a great view of the city. We enjoyed drinks in the funky/hip local bars/pubs and visited a local music store and traditional model shop. We highly recommend this place!

A wonderful Airbnb finished to the highest standard with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location to visit the Peak District. Lesley made us feel so welcome and was the perfect host, all instructions provided were very clear. Thanks so much for a brilliant stay.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a peaceful location with a stunning view across the valley. Comfortable beds and great showers. It is the ground floor of a house with the owners living above, but it has separate access from the side and there was no noise from above at all. The spacious locked shed was an added bonus for storing my husbands bike. Just 5-10 mins walk down the hill to the shops, train station, open air swimming pool, cafes and restaurants in Hathersage. And only 25 minutes drive into Sheffield. The George was a lovely spot for a very tasty evening meal. Stunning walks from the door, including up to Stanage Edge. A great spot to stay for a walking holiday in the Peak District- we highly recommend it!

Will's place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Not only was Will very proactive and easy to reach, the place was stunning! The cottage was so beautifully decorated and had such a homely and cosy feel. The fire made our evenings cosy and warm, with lots of wood to hand. The cottage was secluded and situated in a beautiful village with plenty of pretty walks nearby! We highly recommend heading into Bakewell for a day, and visiting the Prince of Wales for some supper (only a 5 minute drive from the cottage). We cannot thank Will enough for making our experience this great, we cannot wait to come back :)

Very happy with our stay. A comfortable, quiet, spottlessly clean haven. Generous hospitality through provision of welcome hamper, well equipped kitchen with extras like filter coffee; OS maps and plenty of walking route suggestions provided. There is an abundance of walking options including walks from the door. Even the book shelves were well provisioned with eclectic and interesting reads. We didn’t need to contact Alison but through the booking communications and arrival it was clear she is a helpful and responsive host and thoughtful about details. We have already decided we want to return. Highly recommended.

Superb stay in an excellent property! Close to the action of Bakewell yet peaceful surroundings. The photos do not do justice: tastefully decorated with great facilities, the space was perfect for six adults - enough privacy yet the communal areas were comfortable for all. We loved sitting on the patio at the back, enjoying an al fresco breakfast on the beautiful sun-trap. Tom is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. He also made some excellent dining recommendations: Raja's and Ashford Arms are two stand outs from Tom. All six of us agreed that we would definitely return!

This was our first foray into Airbnb, Mary did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived at Mary's property we felt right at home, everything was provided and more importantly it was immaculately clean. Mary even provided us with treats for Buddy our Border Collie , which was a nice touch. If ever we go back to Buxton we will book with Mary if her home is available, a great first experience and no more Hotels for us!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Space 2. The accommodation was warm and cosy and beautifully clean. The photos don't do it justice. We felt very spoilt with the drinks and biscuits Lorraine had provided and we also enjoyed the toiletries. Thank you very much Lorraine. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Anybody that wants to go the peak district and derbyshire dales, this is the place for you. This was ideal location for us, Matlock & Bakewell both 15mins away, Chesterfield was even less. It couldnt have been better. The accommodation was excellent, peaceful, private and more than enough room. I particularly enjoyed the walk in shower and the bed, it has to be the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Everything you would need was provided including wifi, Netflix and an area for the dog to have a run about. My wife I enjoyed our short break, I fully recommend this accommodation, this has to be the best air bnb we've stayed at and we've stayed at a few. The hosts where very nice and friendly, will differnetly like to go back.

My stay with Jane was perfect. Everything was as described and lots of little helpful extras in the room. Bonus for myself was the ample street parking outside. I will certainly book again.

Great Airbnb located in small block of flat. Private parking is really handy and the location is just off Eccleshall road, so lots of great options to eat on the door step. Lovely big shower and 2 double king size beds in good size bedrooms. Would absolutely recommend, so much so that we have booked another trip. Thanks for having us.

We would highly recommend this cosy quiet studio flat. Nick has been a brilliant host and we booked to extend our stay.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our night away. Check in was very clear and easy and she also recommended a couple of nice walks near by. Everything was as described and the area felt really safe as well. Would 100% come back here in the future - overall lovely stay!
