Netherlands Antilles : locations de vacances dans des bungalows

We had a wonderful week at the Lighthouse! Chrishi Beach is just gorgeous, and this property places you steps from the most stunning views, where the beautiful beach sits just beside the lush green hills. The food at the beach club was delicious, and we ate there most evenings for dinner. We also took advantage of the kitchen at the property to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches. There are so many things to see on the island beyond the property, too! We went jet skiing one day, visited the beautiful botanical gardens, and saw where Alexander Hamilton was born. One note: the only way to get around is to rent a car or take a taxi. The taxi fees do add up since you also need to take the water taxi over from St. Kitts. But in the end, this fabulous vacation is well worth it!

L'accueil est très facile, Maria était là pour nous accueillir. Les hôtes (Maria et François) sont très sympathiques. Il y a des places de stationnement sur place donc, très pratique si vous avez une auto. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. L'air climatisé fonctionne très bien (vous devez l'éteindre lorsque vous quittez). L'eau de la douche est chaude avec assez de pression. Le lit est très grand avec un matelas confortable avec plusieurs options d'oreillers/coussins. Vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied de la petite plage ce qui est pratique. Par contre, vous devez louez des chaises de plage/parasol car il n'y en a pas sur place. Il y a également une belle piscine pour relaxer et se rafraichir. Il est à noter qu'il y a plusieurs restaurants à quelques minutes à pied seulement et le quartier est très sécuritaire. Bref, vous allez passer un très beau séjour à cet endroit.

We had a great week! The place is spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space and bathroom. Chris was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and gave suggestions! We would definitely stay again!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het voelde net als thuis aan, er was alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn ook geweldig om in te slapen, 2 fijne terrassen aanwezig. Als er toch iets was of je had een vraag, dan kan je het altijd vragen, ze helpen je steeds verder. Het resort is mooi onderhouden, gemoedelijke sfeer, prachtig uitzicht, ideale plek om op vakantie te gaan. Hou je van snorkelen of duiken dan is dit een heel fijne plek. Je hebt ook enkele restaurants op wandel afstand voor lunch of diner. Het enige minpuntje als we er eentje moeten geven is dat er geen winkel in de buurt is, je moet al snel 20 minuten rijden.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home! It is located in a beautiful development, and has the best of indoor-outdoor living. We enjoyed many dinners on the deck, after our busy days exploring the island, or just hanging out at the beach and pool at Blue Bay. We were also fortunate to experience New Year’s Eve with fireworks on the beach! We made some great memories throughout our week. Blue Bay has a great relaxed vibe to it. Many families, golfers and people enjoying the beautiful beach. The house is perfectly situated, with a nice 5-7 minute walk along a winding path to the beach, and less than 2 minutes to the pool! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils for cooking (although the knives could be a bit sharper!) and has very comfy beds. The only drawback was that we were there at the end of the rainy season and so we all experienced a lot of bites from the “no-see-em” bugs. But it wouldn’t stop us from going back again to this wonderful home!

Wat een heerlijke plek op Curaçao, voorlopig nog iets rustiger dan bij Jan Thiel. Het strand is 10 minuten wandelen en het zwembad hooguit 2 minuten. Er wordt momenteel wel veel gebouwd op het park en lijkt het al bijna een hele stad. In de accommodatie heb je daar overigens geen last van. De kamers zijn netjes schoon én voorzien van airco. Van de bbq hebben wij veel gebruik gemaakt. De supermarkt is bijna letterlijk om de hoek. Op het strand kan je lekker eten, maar bij Playa Piscádera zitten 3 heerlijke restaurantjes, Di Verse Sauzen is een pareltje en de nieuwe Visserij: Villa Vis is ook geweldig. Op donderdagavond is Punda Vibes in Willemstad met vuurwerk en parkeren kan gratis en overdekt bij hotel Renaissance. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad: palmbomen, strand, zon en zee!

Vasyl had Tirso greet us and help us when we needed help. Tirso was great - came immediately and made us feel at home. While you don’t have access from the house to the sea, you do have views from the window and you are one minute away from a small beach - and there are dozens more beaches in the area. It is very close to two national parks that are wonderful to explore. The place is fantastic - a hammock, a sofa bed in the living room/dining room and a comfortable bed in the bedroom. The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Curacao. If you are looking for nature, quiet, cliffs, the sea, hiking - this is the place. I suggest buying groceries at Carrefour when you arrive, because the closest mini market (about 7 miles away in Barber) is pretty bad.. Also, buy your fruit at the Floating Market before driving here. We cooked at home every day and ate the best watermelon, mangos and avocado.

Wat een geweldige ervaring bij Panache Resort van Tjerk en Eline! Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden we ons direct welkom. Tjerk en Eline zijn ontzettend lieve mensen die er alles aan doen om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Het resort zelf is prachtig onderhouden en super schoon. De keuken is van topkwaliteit; elk gerecht was heerlijk en met zorg bereid. De badkamer was modern en zeer comfortabel, een echt pluspunt. Kortom, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. We komen zeker terug! Liefs, Gideon en Lotte

We really loved our stay at the Unique Villa. Lynell and Omel were very welcoming hosts and it was a real pleasure to talk with them about their experiences. They picked us up from the Oualie Beach water taxi dock, which is only 5 minutes from the Villa. They also explained how to ride the buses, which we did 6-7 times over the 2 days we explored Nevis. We appreciated their recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The Villa is perfect for a family of 3. The bedroom A/C was very much appreciated at night. Kitchen is well equipped. We used the outdoor shower (and the regular indoor shower), the clothesline, great WiFi, TV with all channels. If we make it back to Nevis, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Un lugar soñado, demasiado tranquilo y la ubicación perfecta para trasladarse a cualquier lugar, estaba muy bien equipado y la privacidad excelente, las cabañas están separadas entonces no hay incomodidad con los vecinos, el entorno es muy relajante, jardines bien cuidados y la piscina super limpia, la atención y la respuesta de Sabi fueron rápidas y muy amable, a pesar de no hablar español atendió mis consultas de la mejor manera y con rapidez, definitivamente un lugar para volver!

We had a lovely stay at the Casa Bougainvillea bungalow. The location was well situated, a short drive to town with great restaurants and shops, and quite near to good snorkeling sites and the national park's stunning vistas and trails. The property is beautifully designed and well maintained with several outdoor sitting areas and a good sized swimming pool available to guests, nestled in among small tropical gardens and wooded surroundings. Pieter and Gerbrie were very communicative, helpful, gracious and non-intrusive hosts. Despite the owners living on the site our stay felt like we had the place to ourselves. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Beatrice’s Airbnb. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The space is well equipped, clean, and offers a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend a stay here and we are looking forward to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Marga place, which was clearly a little paradise for our week in Paradise island. You have everything you need in the Villa, it is perfectly located, just a few minutes North from the center, in an amazing quiet, peaceful and beautiful area! Easy 5 stars, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here when in Aruba and we would definitely stay here again! The house was perfect in every way - Will is very communicative and proactive, location is outstanding in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The airport pick up and drop off and use of the truck while there was very convenient. Everything was spotless, and the house is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a short or long stay in Aruba. We had a wonderful time all around. Thanks Will.
