Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Great place to stay for a chill weekend with family! Specially because of the downstairs area.

We had a great stay at Ju's place. The house was easy to find and impeccably clean. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed including plenty of dishes and cookware. The backyard oasis was a great respite after big beach days, and the owners were very responsive and kind in helping us out when my 5 year old locked herself out of her bedroom. Would definitely recommend for any family looking for a quiet place in Noord!

where to begin! first of all svenja has to be the absolute best host ever. the house was modern, clean and everything was perfect. I was in Aruba for 7 weeks. I stayed in another house 6 weeks then found svenjas. what a treat. svenja is very knowledgeable of the area. picked up the phone everyone i had a question. if your planning a trip to Aruba and looking for a house, don't miss this one. thank you svenja for everything. it was a pleasure to stay in your home!!

Great stay for the location. There was a path that we could cross the Main Street to get into palm beach area and only took 5 minutes. It was great to have our own space and it was on a quiet street. Pool was great to use and able to cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen a few nights and enjoy the nice weather. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the A/C, but they promptly fixed it the next day. We also did not know how to turn the gas on to use the stove, grill and dryer. It was a switch on the backside of the house. There was not a direction book or instructions in check in. They were going send someone over to look at it, but ended up figuring it out ourselves the following day. These were not issues that hindered our stay at all, but more directions would have been helpful so we could have saved time for both parties. Great trip overall and would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVED the house. Each bedroom does in fact have its own bathroom. There are a total of 5 bathrooms at the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare very nice meals. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, oven all worked great! The best part??? The pool area & surrounding patio! There’s a large palm tree on the southeast side of the patio that offers wonderful shade during the early part of the day. A large umbrella can also be opened for more shade. Plenty of chairs, loungers and tables are around the patio. The changing color LED pool lights at night are gorgeous! We brought a small blue tooth speaker to add to the ambiance of the pool area. We used the patio’s gas grill 4-5 times and it works great! Right across the street is a grocery store and hardware store. Super convenient!! Overall a wonderful, safe, private and amazing place to stay! Definitely will do again!!

The house looks exactly as it was pictured and even better, responsive hosts who truly care about hospitality. We’d definitely recommend staying at this house or any of the atmonchi properties if you want to enjoy a clean home with the little things thought of. The house isn’t in the hustle and bustle of the tourism area which we preferred but know that you’re only 10-15 minutes away if you desire that.

Love the house, love the hilltop view and the excellent pool. Don't need two kitchens but that is not a issue. Viequez is a charming place. The bioluminescent kayaking is absolutely extraordinary. Some good snorkelling at Punto Arenas. Great beaches. Some good restaurants too. Nice to get groceries and cook at home, pack sandwiches for beach etc. The local small brewery beer from Puerto Rico is remarkably good.

Place is exactly how described. Very comfortable and clean. Nice quiet area. I enjoyed every moment while there. It was a home away from home feeling. Close to supermarket, mall, restaurants etc. Communication was excellent. Very nice and respectful I would recommend this place to everyone. I am definetly booking here again when I come back to PR to visit.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, secure, and felt right at home. Loved that it had a game room and pool. If only one thing I wish it had at least a washer and a line to hang the clothes cuz in PR a dryer is not necessary. But overall the place was beautiful, I loved it and I hope to be able to go back again.

Everything was great I loved how there was a cooler and beach chairs the cottage was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico beautiful location we felt very comfortable and safe would definitely come back and recommend Maria’s place thank you for the wonderful visit til next time

We stayed in Unit 6 and loved our time there. It looked exactly like the pictures. Every morning we watched the pelicans get their breakfast while we had ours on the deck. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and it was so nice to be away from all the cruise ship energy that swarms the more popular beaches. I would stay here again in a minute!

We enjoyed a peaceful and productive time during our work/vacation week. I was able to easily connect to the WIFI which was fast and reliable. This enabled us to get work done and head to the beach. We appreciated relaxing outside at the pool with its many seating areas. The high walls surrounding the pool and jacuzzi provide privacy and solitude. Anna greeted us on arrival and although we are frequent travelers to Aruba, and didn’t need the guest binder to find our way around, for first time guests this is extremely useful. Yes, you do need a car, to drive a couple of miles to various beaches, or make a short trip to nearby local markets (big and small), however this is an amazing house to make yourself feel at home in Aruba! We appreciated the well appointed kitchen, modern appliances, and gas stove and enjoyed eating home when we wanted. The water pressure in the bathrooms is great and the outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool are fantastic. Masha Danki until next time!

Where to start?… this place was an absolute DREAM. I don’t usually write reviews but Elton and Maria really deserve only great reviews about them and their place. Firstly, from the beginning they were very responsive (despite the major time difference) and were super friendly. When we arrived it was as if we had met before and Elton, who met us, made us feel at home. The place is stunning. If you’re after some peace and quiet and to be surrounded by nature this is the place. We woke up every morning to the sounds of birds and even had some nesting near by- super cute! Lounging in the hammock and using the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach was a highlight. The area, like all of Aruba, is super safe but this place felt especially safe since their family live around and who are very friendly. Elton recommended us many places that we were interested in such as local restaurants and markets. Having a car is a must but they also helped with that :) Thankyou Elton/Maria

Will definitely will be back. Loved the location. Not the beach, but short drive to everything we did. Once checked in you had plenty of places to relax (hammock, front porch, pool area) and did not have to be inside. All the amenities needed for our stay. You felt like you were leaving friends that you have know for a long time.

We loved our stay overall! The secluded and quite surrounding, beachy decor, and the ocean views were absolutely beautiful. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the porch with the ocean view and the sound of the waves was magical. One thing that we didn't realize was that the two queen beds, which we understood were in a separate building, were fully separate from each other as well and not connected indoors which made sleeping arrangements with a child tricky but we made it work. They really thought of everything when it came to stocking the house - beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, cooler options, beach floats, books, games, etc! We probably could have saved ourselves a full suitcase of supplies we packed! We had such a great time and are already planning for when we might be able to come back! Great Stay at Home in Boquerón! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Home in Boquerón! The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 8, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location in Combate was perfect—close to beautiful beaches and great local spots. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Genesis was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the area!

Fomos em 5 adultos e ficamos uma semana. A casa atendeu a tudo que precisávamos, a cama era confortável, ótimo chuveiro, com cozinha e todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para cozinhar na casa. Também tinham cadeiras de praia, e como íamos cedo sempre conseguíamos lugares com sombra, economizando o valor do aluguel de guarda sol. É necessário ter carro, mas acredito que isso seja importante para todos que forem viajar para Aruba. Dessa forma fomos em quase todas as praias da ilha, as mais ao sul como Baby Beach e também no farol mais ao norte. Não utilizamos a tv da sala, mas a internet era de alta velocidade e o ar condicionado da sala e dos quartos funcionava perfeitamente. Os vizinhos com quem conversamos foram extremamente simpáticos, os cachorros são muito dóceis e o supermercado no quarteirão atrás da casa atende perfeitamente e tem uma padaria maravilhosa.

You must stay here! Petra is amazing! She was so accommodating as we were an extended family of 8. Lots of room for everyone. The bedrooms have AC. We opened the front and back door as there was beautiful breeze which kept it cool. The kitchen was stocked and we cooked most days. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was refreshing. She has everything you need for a fun filled day at the beach. This is our fourth trip to the island and the best accommodations yet! We will be renting from Petra again!

We hebben echt genoten van het huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn ruim voldoende handdoeken (ook voor op het strand), strandstoelen, koelbox met koelelementen, wasmachine, etc. De omgeving is heel netjes, rustig en centraal. Ook de communicatie was heel goed en snel met Debra en Karen. Het is zeker aan te bevelen.
