We had a lovely stay at Susanne's place. There was plenty of room for our family. The covered deck was amazing for morning coffee and peaceful evenings. There was a walkway close to the house and it took you along the water.

Great and clean place. Nice location.

My family and I stayed in Roman's unit and we couldn't have been happier. The unit is located in an extremely well cared for development made up of owners and hosts. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities offered including the 3 pools, tennis court, gym, and poolside restaurant. The location was just what we wanted - away from the touristy parts of the island, yet located an easy drive to the beaches, activities, and grocery marts for all our needs. Roman was always available, responsive, friendly and helpful. Shortly after our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge, Joffrey, who shared some inside tips and a bottle of wine. Our unit was wonderful. We had all the amenities described in the listing. We like to cook and had all the kitchenware we needed for our many meals on the private patio. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will definitely be back. We will certainly stay at Roman's place as it's absolutely hard to beat.

I have been coming to St Martin since I was little. The past few years I have stayed in grand case but decided to stay in Orient this year. I am a big fan of the french side and I cannot recommend this place enough! It is absolutely perfect. Beautiful house, great pool, right next to restaurants, 5 minute drive to grand case, and right near the super u (great grocery store). If you are looking to come to st martin for the first time I would highly suggest here or even if you have been here before and are looking for something new. The concierge was 10/10- always responsive in a fast manner and helped me with a great car rental! I stayed here for 3 weeks and I was so sad to leave. Absolutely recommend for families, couples, or even if you’re traveling by yourself!

I can’t thanks enough for a wonderful stay. Amazing house, beautiful surroundings and the hosts so attentive and friendly. Good restaurants and places just to go and relax. The house is very welcoming and is equipped with anything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Everything was clean oh! and the perfect spot in the mornings is the cute balcony with different plants and you can see a couple little turtles in the pond(perfect for coffee time). We are very happy to found this beautiful place.

The condo is spacious, well equipped, great location, great amenities, and exactly as advertised. The photos are representative of the condo. The property managers are very friendly, knowledgeable and were quick to respond to all our queries! Definitely would recommend a car if you’re planning on traveling all over the island but taxis are reasonable as well. We spent a month here and loved every minute of it!!💕

The apartment has exceptional views of Simpson Bay and a large balcony to watch the cruise ships come and go and to watch the sun go down every night. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The stove is a bit tricky to start at times but was serviceable. There was an issue with the electricity going out but communication with Kelly was good and she kept us updated on the status. (It was an unexpected outage from the local electric company.) Gwen met us early and was very pleasant to speak to - she even dropped off a new coffee maker during our stay when we needed one. The only drawbacks have to do with Billy Folly Road which has more potholes per square mile than any place I have ever been. It was a bit like navigating an obstacle course. Also, you must time your car trips with the bridge openings otherwise you sit in traffic but this is the true for everyone on Pelican Key. Overall, it was an exceptional location & I would stay there again in the future if it were available.

We enjoyed our stay at Kenecia's place. The pool area and the views are wonderful. Everything is exactly as posted in the listing. The location is perfect for day trips around the island and I highly recommend renting a car.

This was a wonderful rental. Fabrice thoughtfully had water waiting in the refrigerators (there is a small one on second floor). Great location, safe, quiet - and literally one block walk to Orient Bay Beach, local stores, bars and shops, and to numerous fine dining restaurants. Orient Bay is best spot on the island for access to activities and walking the beach, but you can get almost anywhere on the island within a half hour. It was well maintained and had a modern kitchen, with induction cooktop (never used one before and we loved it). Lots of dishes, glasses and silverware - and useful items like salad spinner, colander and graters, etc. that made cooking easy. However, the superb french food at the restaurants here and in Grand Case tempted us to go out more often than cooking ourselves. Washer and dryer combo and 75" TV made life there easy and enjoyable. Private swimming pool and shaded patios on both floors were high points. Lovely vacation.

Great stay at Patrick’s and Sheila’s home. The place is just like the pics and was more than comfortable for a group of 5. The views of the ocean are amazing and the location is brilliant, close to everything you need for a good time in SXM. The host was also super accommodating and clearly wanted us to have a pleasant stay which we did. Will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orient Bay! The home was beautiful and very clean. All modern amenities and spacious. Immediately next to the KKO beach club, which is open for breakfast through around 5pm (so not dinner). We loved getting beach chairs at KKO every day, heading back home for a rest and shower, then heading to dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby. We were there on New Years week so there were several loud beach club parties and we could easily hear the beat all night, so be prepared if you are going to be there for a party time like that. The plus side was we were very near the fireworks on the beach! Another thing to be aware of is that the easiest walking exit is through the back gate, which opens directly onto the KKO parking lot, which can get busy with cars, taxis, delivery trucks, etc. There are pluses and minuses to being so close.

Casa Paradisio is awesome. We are literally less than 100 meters from the Orient Beach. Easy walk to restaurants and beach clubs. There are two small grocery stores within walking distance. We stayed four weeks with no problems. Unlike previous years, there were no power or water outages this year.

Cova casa was an amazing airbnb! would definitely recommend. Amazing views, had so much more amenities in the home which made our stay so much smoother. The host was a very good host and made sure that we were all set ! 100/10 !! Would definitely book again if the opportunity arises!

This was an amazing place to stay. Totally equipped with all the amenities and so much more. So clean, stocked with all you could need. Maria was very accommodating for our family and I would definitely want to come back. There is so much TLC that was put into this Airbnb, feels luxurious and homey at the same time. Rating one to ten, I give it 20+ all day long.

We had a group of 5 seniors staying at Carpe Diem. Gilles was an attentive host and responded quickly to the few concerns I brought up. We were pleased with the spaciousness of the townhouse and the proximity to the beach, neighbourhood resort amenities (beach loungers, umbrellas-speak to Gilles regarding where to get a discount) and restaurant/bars. A cluster of top quality restaurants was 13 minutes away by foot and there were retail stores, including a grocery store, in that area as well. Accommodations were as advertised and we were pleased with the fully stocked kitchen. We spent a great deal of time on the ground floor patio which was pleasant any time of the day or night. (Here you will find beach chairs, brooms and beach toys if you need them). The beach is the thing, clearly, at Orient Bay, so I was the only one in the pool (steps away from the front door) when I went for my daily swim. Gilles’s place is clearly great for large groups or families. Thanks Gilles.

The stay was great and very good location.

This place is gorgeous and very well located in town. You can walk to everything. The balcony is great for sunbathing and I used the back balcony for yoga lessons. The place is well kept with a daily housekeeper. I would stay here again. It was lovely.

Michelle was a wonderful host! She offered to meet us at the airport and also gave us great driving directions to find her place. We had general questions about where to eat and shop, and she gave us really good suggestions that were above and beyond what she had included in the binder that she left in the apartment. My kiddo loved swimming in the warm and clean pool when we weren’t at the beaches, and the adults watched on sipping beverages and enjoying the view.
