This is a comfortable, air conditioned and spacious villa with a nice pool and a superb view of coast and azure Caribbean, with the Island of St. Barthes clearly visible across the waters. Lux master bedroom en suite with spectacular view through a wall of sliding glass doors. Ditto for living, dining and kitchen area and the two large and comfortable bedrooms en suite. Maayke and her colleagues quickly resolved the few issues during the month. TV streaming only and a bit tricky but workable with patience. Wifi strong with only one short outage. Pool and lawn well maintained, and twice weekly housekeeping simply superb. We were visited by Iguanas, geckos and twice by a family of monkeys. Well stocked and functional kitchen with fridge making lots of essential ice. And above all, the diverse peoples of this Dutch/French island were warm, engaging and patient with us. Spend some time in this paradise with its 36 beaches and well deserved culinary reputation. You will remember it

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Ginny en Sam. Voorafgaand en tijdens ons verblijf hebben we goed contact gehad met Sam. Hij is erg behulpzaam, reageert snel en kwam geregeld langs voor het onderhoud van het zwembad. In het verblijf is eigenlijk alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De buitenruimte is heel relaxed en groen, het zwembad is goed onderhouden en in de schuur kun je gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Binnen zijn er drie ruime slaapkamers met twee badkamers en een keuken waarin de benodigde zaken zoals een vaatwasser en oven aanwezig zijn. Qua locatie ben je binnen 15 minuten met de auto in Willemstad en de stranden zoals Mambo en Jan Thiel. Wij waren meer te vinden op het westpunt en daarvoor moet je rond de 60 minuten rekenen qua verkeer. Villa Hye ligt verder op een rustig gelegen plek. De buren beschikken wel over honden, waardoor je af en toe geblaf hoort wanneer er personen of auto's langs komen. Dit geeft eigenlijk alleen maar een veilig gevoel.

Julishas property was absolutely amazing. It was so amazing that we didn’t want to leave here. Moraima made this experience a FIVE STAR. She was so attentive and was there for any questions we had. The home was stunning, great kitchen with everything we needed, great comfy bedding, and amazing views. Sea views certain times of the days. The pool was amazing and large. We suggest booking here!! 5 stars!! Better than a resort.

Nice clean house. Very nice pool. AC in all bed rooms that worked well/quickly. Kitchen with lots of cooking supplies as well as a few “starter snacks”. Lots of extra toilet paper, towels , trash bags. Everything you’d need for a family with kids.

This villa was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations! We arrived and the host met us at the car rental so we could follow her to the house, which was great bc obviously we didn’t know our way around. There were 5 of us and the house had ample space, we each had our own room and bathroom. The grounds were immaculate, pristine and spacious and the view from the house was nothing short of spectacular! We went out a few times but with a house like this and views of sunrise and sunset you don’t even need to leave bc you won’t find a better view on the island. The grocery store was 5 minutes away and downtown philipsburg was about 10, airport was 20 minutes and Grand Case was about 30. We had a fabulous time and I’ve never stayed at a more beautiful location in my life! There were groundskeepers that took care of everything everyday and a cleaner came in halfway thru our stay to tidy up. There are even resident turtles! Overall best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Can’t say enough!!

Alan, who is from SBH (a local), went out of his way to accommodate our stay. The views are incredible and location ideal. The provided booklet had all the info we needed as first time visitors of the island. The 2BR and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Small personal touches were included (like teacups for my toddler girls). The Ride (surfer) theme is true to Alan’s spirit. We felt very cozy here. The pool was clean as well. I would definitely come back and stay here. Me and my family loved our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb – it was everything we could have asked for and more! Perfect for Couples ! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and so inviting. The modern amenities combined with thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home than the view truly took it to the next level ! Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The instructions left were so detailed we didn’t even need to reach out as much as we usually would but when we did we got fast responses always. We can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for the ideal couples getaway, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!!!

The property was stunning! We loved everything about the house from the Sonos speakers around the entire house to the stunning pool. We had an amazing check in with a tour by the host who was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were beautiful and spacious as well as very clean! We enjoyed that the property was gated around and offered privacy. The living room and kitchen area didn’t have ac but this wasn’t a problem as there were fans and the sliding doors opened along the entire living room to allow for a breeze. The location was perfect as we were about a 5-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. Very close to Willemstad city center and the beaches. All around I would recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely return. We loved our stay!

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

Overall the trip was amazing. Joy is an excellent property manager. She had great recommendations for chef service and private boat rentals. We enjoyed the private boat tours most. The home is great, but there are several concerns. It would have been nice to have the tvs working in all rooms without having to use your phone. Cords were missing for the Apple TV. No cable tv. We were informed upon arrival that the dishwasher was broken. There is no freezer and you must buys bags of ice for an outside cooler. The kitchen sink clogged as we were hand washing dishes after catering a large meal. The house has a washing machine but no dryer. Otherwise, we enjoyed the house and pool. View was amazing, private boat dock and private charters to St Barts and around St Martin were great. Considering the cost of a weekly stay:.. functional tv, a freezer and clothes dryer should be included. Maid service to have your clothes dried at $15/hr is a bit inconsiderate,

Amazing Airbnb !!!!!!!!! Isa is the best !!!! I was planning this trip for a friend since January from January -July whenever I had any questions / thoughts or ideas ISA answered w/ no problem ! The entire trip was great ! Isa also was able to help w/ balloons & a happy bday balloons for decorations. This Airbnb was perfect for a girls trip that was originally supposed to be 13 but the trip ended up being 7 ppl and everyone had enough room! The Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures even better in person overall 10/10 customer service ! And clean!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Airbnb for anyone planning a group trip / girls trip ! There are not enough words to describe how beautiful the home is. It was like a cruise ship on land. I was worried with one of the reviews saying it was hot in the common areas. However, they must have installed a/c since then. We only used it once because with all the doors and windows opened the breeze felt amazing. The home is in a perfect location close to several beaches and walking distance to one. We snorkeled right at the house and saw a sea turtle and many fish. We will be returning to again.

Absolutely stunning property. Exactly as described. The layout was spacious and expertly designed for our party of 9. Perfect layout for numerous couples with large suites. The second floor wrap around balcony had stunning views and ample seating. Tons of living space and seating around the pool including a beautifully covered space perfect for grilling and eating. Ingrid was friendly and extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. We would love to stay again in the future.

We had a group of 9 and this place was perfect for us! Plenty of space. Adriana has been one of the best hosts I’ve booked with, she just thinks of everything and was always available, and extremely accommodating. Everything we went to was within an 8-25 minute drive, restaurants, markets, beach club, bars, etc. She had the sweetest birthday set up for me upon arrival, made us drinks, gave us a tour, and left us on our way. We desperately needed a 2nd van to take us back to the airport and she had it handled within an hours notice. You can’t ask for more! The massages upon arrival is a must, the cleaning lady comes daily, it was such an easy vacation, thanks to Adriana. Highly recommend for large group trips.

We had a picture-perfect stay at Edwin's listing. Hector was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we knew where we were going and addressing minor issues, and was very responsive to our questions. The listing is peaceful, private, and incomparable scenic. Would highly recommend this listing for large groups, just be aware it is a ~1.5 hours to San Juan. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The outdoor living spaces and pool were great for our family. We spent half of our time exploring the island and the other half relaxing at the house. It was a great home base for our family of five. Would highly recommend it to others.

The villa is, simply put, wonderful. Lots of different gathering spaces without feeling too large that you can't find your friends, and noise doesn't carry so if you want to sleep while people are having fun, its easy. Wifi is solid, air conditioning cold, and the amenities can't be beat. The combination of the pool and the two outdoor showers made my group incredibly happy. Additionally, the villa is very close by car or scooter to Jan Thiel Beach and several other dive sites, restaurants and grocery stores, and depending on traffic only 20min to Willemstad. There's a house manager who was very attentive without ever being a burden, and the kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - we had four people doing things in tandem and room to spare. If and when I go back to Curacao, I'm booking this Airbnb again without question.

This is a great place to stay. Three bedrooms with king beds make for great accommodations. The back yard is great - nice seating area, separate table and chairs, and the small pool is an added bonus. RJ was super responsive at check-in. Took care of any questions or needs we had. Eagle Beach is a 1/2 hour walk. If you get there early enough, you can snag a thatched canopy for the day (free). This is great to escape from the sun when needed. It's about a 1 mile walk to Noord where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was a great time at a great place!

We had a lovely time. House was set up well to cook and bbq. The pool was refreshing and the backyard great for lounging. Everything was nice and clean. The hosts were so lovely, even allowing us to check in early because we had an earlier flight in. We mostly explored the island via cab which was easy to do, but heads up some drivers weren't familiar with the address and required us to help them navigate.

We stayed at the villa for two weeks and had an absolutely amazing time! Views are just spectacular and the neighborhood is really peaceful. My favorite part was being in the pool while looking at the beautiful view. I can honestly recommend staying there.

The apartment is very comfortable and very well located in a calm & safe area in Jan Thiel. Well equipped with everything necessary, a great huge terrace with an amazing pool. We still managed to find some shadow there, too, which is quite helpful. Beds are very comfy, bathroom is very spacious. We had a 3 course chef’s menu freshly prepared by Patricia which was delicious. Overall we had a great time!
