Netherlands Antilles : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

We have been visiting Curacao in the January/February period for over ten years. Usually we 'd stay in the Jan Thiel area. Last time when we were in Curacao we noticed the new building, in which the appartment is located, right in the center of Willemstad. Being curious, and also a little bit fed up with the traffic at Jan Thiel, we booked at Jacqueline's place. You have a great view from the balcony, which is spacious and well equipped with comfortable dining table and chairs, lounge seats and sun bed. The rest of the amenities re also up to high standard, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Being in the middle of Willemstad you have acces to many restaurants by feet. Sometimes the noise or ships docking can be a little bit disturbing, but never much. One thing to note, but as advertised is the pool, nothing special and not much sun around the pool.

A estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento era exatamente igual nas fotos. Tivemos um self check-in e self check-out muito fáceis. O apartamento possuía cozinha completa (exceto microondas), o banheiro era amplo, a cama era boa, a vista maravilhosa. O ar condicionado funcionava super bem. Tinha estacionamento público ao lado, então sempre há lugar para parar o carro. Hospedagem excelente, recomendo!

A terrific location! On the most peaceful beach ever! Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. A safe area and everything is walkable. Perfect spot if you need to relax on the beach.

Jorge is the kind of person that doesn’t make you feel like a stranger. He’s full of hospitality and friendly spirit that makes you feel at home away from home. La Parguera is stunning and the beaches and towns surrounding the area are top notch world class best beaches! Definitely worth the price and I love the roosters in the morning! Makes you feel alive and breathing! YES! life is one-make the most of it!

This location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to more than one food market if you want to cook in, or many restaurants if you want to eat out. There is great shopping within walking distance, all the excursions are right there and there was a car rental right across the street so we were able to rent a car for one day and see the whole Island. There was one day where there were 5 cruise ships in port, but the people are spread through out the island so it didn't seem busy. If you want nightlife, it's just down the boardwalk, and if you want quiet, it's far enough away that it doesn't bother. The view when you wake up or go to sleep is breathtaking from the second story bedroom. We enjoyed our time here and if we ever come back we will certainly want to stay here again.

O que posso dizer desse apartamento é que eu simplesmente queria morar nele para sempre! O apartamento é grande, confortável, bem equipado, seguro e funcional. Conta com 3 quartos e 4 banheiros. Mas o grande diferencial é a praia privativa a poucos passos de distância. Poder acordar, sentir a brisa e passar os dias tão perto do mar não tem preço! O pôr do sol visto do nosso quintal é perfeito! O apartamento possui estacionamento, conta com todas as comodidades necessárias e é muito bem localizado, ao lado do Hotel Ávila e ótimos restaurantes. Também está a poucos minutos do centro comercial de Punda. Cornelis, Karin e Saskia foram super receptivos e deram todo o suporte necessário. Tivemos dias muito felizes em Curacao e esperamos voltar em breve!

Elodie’s place was spectacular! Waking up each morning to the amazing views were breathtaking and watching the sun go down was also spectacular. Elodie’s place was above and beyond our expectations. Location is perfect for walking the beach and to the restaurants/night life. This is a place that we would definitely recommend and would love to book again. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront house in Cabo Rojo! The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the porch was unforgettable. The house was spotless and well taken care of, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell the hosts put thought into the space. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

The location in my opinion is perfect! The view from the pool is amazing! It is so peaceful just sitting in the yard and pool area looking at the ocean. The outdoor areas made us feel so comfortable. With a mix of old and young children they were able to enjoy different things but yet all in the same area. Joost was great and very accommodating! Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from your busy lives…. Thank you again!

We had a great stay and would return. Kelly’s communication was excellent! She was very helpful. The location was good for us, as we did not want to next to a loud bar. The neighborhood setting was nice. We could walk to dinner if we desired. The pool was perfect and the setting was so nice. Just as the name says it was a petite oasis!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

Perfect place to stay! So easy - the beach was right in front of our place, we visited Wai Beach Club everyday and didn’t even think to walk further because they were so nice and food was great. The downtown restaurants are perfect for dinner - and a 1 minute walk. In the morning we went to the other couple cafes that were also wonderful. A small market is a couple minutes walk. All so convenient made the trip very relaxing. We loved having each bedroom with its own shower. Everything was spacious and clean. The nice pool is accessible from the backyard which was so easy. Very sweet, nice, responsive and helpful hosts.

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

We stayed in Unit 6 and loved our time there. It looked exactly like the pictures. Every morning we watched the pelicans get their breakfast while we had ours on the deck. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and it was so nice to be away from all the cruise ship energy that swarms the more popular beaches. I would stay here again in a minute!

A True Hidden Gem! Our stay at Aruba Harbor Condos was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable—right on the harbor, offering breathtaking views, easy access to everything, and all the amenities one could ask for. Literally the best sunset!!! It’s the perfect alternative to a large resort—luxurious yet intimate, with a boutique feel that allows for relaxation without the crowds. One of the highlights was discovering the incredible hidden gem restaurants along the harbor walkway. Ever Restaurant served one of the most memorable meals we’ve had, and Olivia was another standout—both offering exceptional cuisine in a stunning setting. If you’re looking for a prime location, top-tier hospitality, and a more personal, exclusive stay in Aruba, this is the place. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Aruba! The location was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with the pool just steps away, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the small restaurant in the building, which served amazing cocktails, perfect for enjoying the tropical vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba!

We came to St. Croix to meet up with close friends/family to have our daughter's wedding! Joy's airbnb looked perfect on- line...and it was! This home was the best stocked and maintained bnb we've ever been in! It had everything we needed to prepare for the Wedding Welcome Party in Christiansted and the ceremony on Sunday in Frederiksted. Joy's home was literally right at the water's edge and we could hear the waves clearly. The a/c was perfect, but the cross wind from the open windows was wonderful and so breezy, we didnt use the a/c much! The King bed was extremely comfortable! The home was decorated well, very bright, and cozy! All appliances worked well! Joy had so many extras ready for us. She provided K cups, beach towels, bug spray, sun screen, ice cubes already made, plenty of toilet paper, and paper plates/cups. We were so pleased with this decision to stay there! The neighbors were friendly and even helpful when we had a flat tire. We will return!!!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The view from the deck was amazing. The beach area is small and limited. There is adequate lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Pool area is nice. Nice small restaurant and bar next door on island time!

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.

Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Delightful. We recommend Mr Chow/ Roma restaurant and happy hour.

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.

Everything was just as described. But the views — Just incredible. Didn’t want to leave. Easy to get to most of the island. Quiet and safe area. Caryn was easily reached when we had a question. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for sharing your place 😊
