The house fits well the description and was easy to find. A bus stop only 4 minutes of walk and also there’s a supermarket with 7 minutes of walking. The place was clean, cozy and the cat is also really cute!

Charming house in a lovely neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed and lots of space (indispensable if travelling with two teenagers). We very much enjoyed the tastefully decorated kitchen/ living area. The communication was great throughout, Vincent and Michiel were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advices what to do and where to go. We had a great time touring the area and the house was the perfect base for discovering Rotterdam (the city center is just a 15 minute bike ride away) and many other places in beautiful Zuid-Holland.

とても暖かみのあるお家で、落ち着いた素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。ホストの方も優しく、なにより猫ちゃんと一緒に過ごせるというのもとても嬉しい経験でした。お風呂やキッチン、スピーカーなど家の設備も充実しており、とてもいい滞在経験を得ることができました。

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! This house is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, providing convenient access to Amsterdam Central, Rotterdam, and the airport. It's family-friendly, stocked with plenty of toys for kids, making it a great choice for families. While the property offers a peaceful escape from city life, it's still close enough to enjoy urban amenities. However, the barbecue could use some maintenance for better usability. The house features one large bedroom and two smaller children's rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Elien et Franck, qui est parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi! La communication a été très facile même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, tout était très bien expliqué et des douceurs nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions fait le choix de tout faire à pied et le trajet vers l'embarcadère est un peu long (20 mn à pieds) mais en vélo ce doit être plus court. Le trajet en ferry gratuit vers la gare centrale est facile et amusant (un départ toutes les 15 mn pour une traversée de moins de 15 mn). Nous recommandons donc vivement!

We had a wonderful time in Middelburg with my family (6 adults and 2 children). Joël’s place was perfect, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended 👍

Beautiful home, near all amenities for restaurants, groceries, bakery, and public transportation to explore the city. Lucas was quick to respond to all messages, helpful with tips for things to see in the city and assisted with check in to work around plane arrival time!

Vanwege werkverplichtingen moesten we drie nachten verblijven in Alphen. In plaats van een hotel kozen wij voor deze airbnb vanwege de ligging, de omliggende goede faciliteiten en de foto's. De foto's komen goed overeen met de werkelijkheid. Yvette zorgde met haar prachtige woning en vriendelijkheid dat we ons toch even thuis weg van huis voelden. We komen graag terug mocht dit nog een keer nodig zijn.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Herzen von Utrecht, komfortabel in einem historischen Schmuckstück. Der Gastgeber hat sich sichtbar Mühe gemacht und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

We spent nearly half a year in Franz's house, which is a very good memory! As three students, we are very grateful to Franz and his husband for their kindness and support. They always solved our problems in a timely manner, were patient and meticulous, and even gave us a small gift at the end of the check-out, which made us feel very warm. The house is very suitable to live in, not only is it close to the supermarket, it is very convenient for shopping, it has a beautiful garden, besides, the community is very safe and we can live in peace of mind, everything here makes us feel comfortable and convenient. Many thanks to Franz and his husband for their care, we will certainly miss this wonderful time, and hope to have the opportunity to stay again! Highly recommended for all friends who need to stay long term!

Martine’s house was lovely! It was perfect for our group of 7 including kids. The location is great - nice walk to the main square in Delft, very close to TU Delft and the Royal Delft Museum and a quick drive or walk from the train stations. Martine and her children vacate the home for guests so we felt right at home in the lived in space! It’s a beautiful old, but updated home in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Our kids loved playing the play station and spending time in the shared park off the backyard, we enjoyed using the sauna, we were able to make homemade dinner in the kitchen, and we liked sharing the space with their cats since we were missing our dog at home! Martine is very kind, communicative and laid back — it was easy to be in her space and get in touch with her for local recommendations or questions. She even left drinks for us and told us to make ourselves at home with what we needed in the house! We used it as a home base to travel to The Hague and Rotterdam too.

La casa es muy linda, nos permitió vivir momentos inolvidables dentro del viaje. Rolf muy atento, siempre tubo una respuesta rápida, si bien tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz, inmediatamente llegó el técnico, incluso nos pagó una noche de hotel y en todo momento trató que estuviéramos lo mejor posible.

We have been to Utrecht several times. This was one of our favorite AirBnbs. We would return in a heartbeat. Enjoyed being along the canal. The apartment is actually much more quaint and attractive in person than what the photos indicate. There is a bit of a walk to the center of the historic district but quite manageable and enjoyable.

Fijn mooi rustig huis met voldoende ruimte om in te verblijven - ook met in ons geval 5 volwassenen. Mooi ingericht en alles is aanwezig

Het is heerlijk om in dit huisje te verblijven! Wij hebben er werkelijk niks op aan te merken. Het is een prettige en frisse plek. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Marije is heel vriendelijk en attent. En het centrum van Middelburg is makkelijk te voet bereikbaar.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Un très joli logement, décoré avec soin. Une literie ultra confortable et une communication très efficace et amicale. La situation au milieu de Middelburg et excellent, et constitue une bonne base pour visiter la belle Zélande. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour, merci Talitha.

Am petrecut un weekend in casa JB împreună cu logodnicul meu, ne-am simțit foarte bine, locul e curat și primitor, in privința confortului, casa îți pune la dispoziție toate facilitățile pentru a te simți cat mai confortabil. Nota 10, cu siguranță vom reveni ! 😊

Een heerlijk en sfeervol huis waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Heerlijk van Delft genoten maar ook van de sfeervolle woning waar we ons prima bij de kerstboom hebben vermaakt.
