beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere peaceful scenary birds landing at your doorstep. amazing walks and views was aware of electric/oil fee going into booking no disputes surrounding this and I recognise that these are expensive however on reflection given what was paid for the property this should be absorbed into the price. other then that it was everything you could possibly want and simon was superb

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Very cosy and welcoming. There was a well appointed kitchen and very pleasant dining area, the garden was beautiful with a 'hot tub' which we didn't use and there were plenty of towels and a couple of bathrobes which we did use. Rosemarkie itself is a lovely village which we have visited many times and this house is 2 minutes from a super sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Had a wonderful week in Moy cottage. Alasdair provided great detailed directions which got us there no bother. We loved the location, beautiful countryside and next to a farm. The house is big and has plenty of space for our family, modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kids also loved the games rooms. We also enjoyed getting the hot tub fired up!

My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter had a wonderful stay at Butler Cottage. The estate grounds are amazing with a mix of woodland and farm fields scattered over the hills. We enjoyed daily walks done and along the river. If your animal lovers like we are it was extra special. The Highland cows and sheep add beauty to the scenery, but the deer, hares, pheasants and other birds of prey really add the wow factor. The cottage is full of charm with an old world feel. It’s been very smartly renovated and decorated and is in great condition. We loved the farmhouse style kitchen which is open to a comfortable living room with high ceilings. The built in beds are beautifully done and although on the small side we enjoyed the authentic touch. The wood stoves on each end of the cottage work well to add extra warmth in the evenings. Ross was a gracious host. The place was with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh goods from the farm. He even had the fire started for the hot tub.

Beautiful cottage, gorgeous area. Walking distance of the beach, harbour, shop and local pub. Jackie was a super friendly host, lives right next door so on hand to help. Modern corrage with everything you need, including a hot tub, lovely weekend break!

We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

I had a wonderful few days here with my husband and kids aged between 4 and 14. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. It had everything we could need for our stay, and some! I only wish we had longer to visit. We would love to stay here again.

We had a brilliant 4 day break at this lovely wee cottage. There was absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the extra wee decorative touches Brett has added too. We were blessed with sun every day and breakfast in the cute wee garden was a great way to start each day. Loved that we were 1 minutes walk from the beach and did a lot of exploring along this beautiful part of the coast. We even did a bit of body boarding in the sea too!! Would definitely stay again.

When you stay here, you’re staying in peace and tranquility. The cottage has everything you need, with everything to get you started such as teas and coffees (just remember your own milk). The owners allow dogs, but you wouldn’t know as when we arrived there were no signs of dog hair (nor smell!). The cottage overlooks farmland and we saw rabbits hopping along whilst we washed up. The owners were lovely, friendly and welcoming, but left us in peace too. It’s a great place for exploring the mountains and coastline and I’d definitely return.

A wonderful cottage in an excellent location! The cottage has a great selection of kitchen equipment and utensils, a relaxing lounge with games galore, if you wish, all you need for your stay. The bed was so comfortable which makes such a difference as you get older 🫣 My husband, myself and our two labs had a superb break! We loved the welcome from those that stayed in Seatown too. We had a wonderful time staying at Kate's cottage, we felt right at home and our dog loved it too! Kate was very responsive and understanding when we ran into delays prior to check-in. We would definitely recommend this and would love to stay again in the future!

absolutely amazing cottage everything was superb. The beds were so comfortable and fresh, we just loved it so much. Sharon was really friendly and very responsive to all messages. location perfect as we were at a wedding just down the road so very easy to get to. Also really good for walking with our little doggies. we will definitely be visiting Sharon's cottage again. 💜☺

Pam and Alyssa were very helpful and flexible - and left us some goodies including fresh eggs of varied size and colour. The cottage is pretty and very well kitted out - very clean and comfortable. The location is really special - on the side of the glen, unbelievably quiet. Just pheasants, kites, buzzards, rabbits, sheep, deer and a stoat. We had sunny blue skies and went walking from the cottage every day. Hills, fields and forests everywhere you look. We both felt that 3 weeks there would have been good for us. Thanks again to Pam and Alyssa for being excellent hosts. I hope that we'll be able to return soon.

Great stay in a beautiful cottage, so well equipped and very comfortable in a quiet area. Lovely place so close to the beach my grandson loved it as well. Recommend the Cullen Skink soup at Lily’s Cafe, very tasty

Findhorn is a beautiful place to stay. And in David’s house we felt right away at home. Especially the fire place was the best I have experienced so far. Easy to light up without fire starters just newspaper and the fire place develops very quickly a cozy warmth. The bathroom is well done. We loved the shower and our 8months old kid loved it as well. The kitchen had everything we needed so for one week you can enjoy nature, watch wild animals and birds, stay at the beach or enjoy walks in nearby pine forests. The next Lidl is not far as well and Forres as a city is very pleasant to walk and enjoy coffee. So we would love to come back soon

The Couthy Cottage was very cozy and we loved it! Super cute and had everything we needed. It was convenient to restaurants, pubs, shops, the train station, and the Blair Castle. Our host Kate was so friendly and drove us to the Highland Games so we wouldn’t have to drive/park. We highly recommend the Couthy Cottage!

We have just returned from a weekend away at Braeside Cottage. The cottage was beautifully furnished and super clean. Andreas and Karen have put so much love and attention into this wonderful cottage and their hospitality was fantastic with homemade shortbread, fresh flowers, a few basics and a bottle of Prosecco awaiting our arrival. On the morning of our departure Andreas arrived with freshly made scones and set out the table and chairs in the garden for us to enjoy them in the beautiful surroundings . He was extremely flexible regards an early checkin and later departure allowing us a little more time to spend enjoying Pitlochry. All in all a wonderful experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Braeside Cottage, hope to return again soon. With grateful thanks Marie & John Duffy.

Beautiful place, everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay here. Could not recommend any higher. 5 stars

Such an incredible location! Arrived at night so waking up the following morning to the surrounding was fantastic. Kids had the best time playing the snow and we explored the walking tracks literally outside the cottage. The cottage itself had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable. Such a great escape where we were able to reset and reconnect as a family. We’ll definitely be back in warmer months to experience the bike tracks nearby.

Simon and Sharon were friendly, communicative and helpful. The property was beautiful with nice modern features and a testament to their hard work. Great location, it was only 15 min walk into town, and close to walks and other nearby attractions. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Kinkell Castle Cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and completely immaculate. We were greeted by a spread made up of fresh eggs from the chickens and locally produced raspberry jam. Farquhar paid us a visit to welcome us and was suitably helpful by being very responsive over message for the entirety of our stay. The views from all windows are beautiful and you really feel part of the highland scenery. The kitchen is very well stocked and I very much appreciate the amount of firewood available for the wood burning stove (something most hosts are stingy on). We would highly recommend this as a fab holiday stay.
