Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Все Чудово , пляж в 1 хвилині, е кухня , кондиціонер для охолодження та обігріву, продуктові магазини у 10 хвилинах, в місті багато ресторанів, поруч є як платні так і безкоштовні пляжі, до Риму година на потязі або авто.Ліжко досить зручне. Багато посуду , але чомусь немає чашок і ножів, це єдина незручність

Nuestra experiencia en la casa de Leonardo fue excelente. La casa es amplia, muy limpia y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. Leonardo fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo el proceso de check-in, lo que hizo que nuestra llegada fuera muy sencilla. La ubicación es genial: está muy cerca de la playa y hay un supermercado a pocos pasos, lo cual fue muy práctico. Sin duda, ¡repetiríamos!

This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Ostia/outside of central Rome. Looks just like the pictures, and Nadia and her husband are very responsive and helpful. Good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. It’s also easy to get into Rome on the train and metro. Overall a really great stay for me and two friends

Séjour inoubliable pour l'ensemble de la famille (10 personnes) dans cette maison avec sa vue exceptionnelle, très pratique et fortement équipée, comme à la maison. Des hôtes très gentils et arrangeants, un cadre royal avec une belle intimité.

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Noi ci siamo follemente innamorati, prima di Simona, e poi del posto. Siamo così felici che ora prenotiamo immediatamente altri soggiorni per non perderli. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque, alle coppie, alle famiglie. La casa è bellissima, il giardino un sogno, l ‘idromassaggio un diamante. Qualsiasi cosa profuma di pulito, le vibrazioni della casa sono pazzesche, in due giorni sarete rinati, Andate perché ne vale la pena, noi con i bambini e il cane non avevamo mai trovato niente di così perfetto prima. Vi lasciamo un pezzo di cuore ♥️

Simone as a host alone should get 100 stars. He was always helpful no matter what time of the day; from questions about the place to medical help; advise on things to use and so much more. The guy is phenomenal. His place is beautiful; clean and very modern. There was not a thing I needed that he didn’t have in the place. If you’re looking for a place this is the one. Thank me later.

Casa meravigliosa, superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa. Grande, pulitissima, fornita di tutto e non si ha l'impressione di una casa per le vacanze, ma di un luogo amato e curato. Una menzione speciale al bagno, che oltre ad essere molto spazioso ha una doccia spettacolare! Giardino e patio coperto sono altrettanto curati e molto godibili, si pranza all'aperto in mezzo al verde e in totale tranquillità. Noi non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Claudia, ma i suoi formidabili genitori ci hanno accolto non solo con la cortesia che è lecito attendersi, ma con calore sincero (grazie ancora Rita per il tuo squisito ciambellone e ad Aldo per la piantina). Sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e, contemporaneamente, sono persone di una discrezione assoluta e rispetto per la riservatezza degli ospiti. Ci è capitato raramente di trovarci così bene! Consigliamo davvero un soggiorno da loro.

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

La casa di Davide è un piccolo gioiellino a pochi passi dal mare. Arredata con gusto, funzionale e confortevole. Ideale per qualche giorno di relax, con la vasca idromassaggio come plus. Fornita la cucina, ottima la colazione, con tanto di latte fresco in frigo. Una bella attenzione al dettaglio, che fa piacere trovare. Grazie, a presto.

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.

Absolutely love this place and the hosts!! Excellent communication from before booking all the way through check out. They are very helpful and kind. Great space, lovely garden and outside space. A quick walk to the beach, food, church, shopping, gelato, bus stops and more! We had no problems whatsoever. Quickly responded to any questions we had. Felt very safe.

Do not hesitate to book this amazing place. I was a solo traveler, working US time at nights and wandering around at days, and I would say, that this was a very relaxing and inspirational stay for me. Beautiful ocean views, best shopping I made in Italy, Ostia Antica landmark, amazing food and grocery stores nearby. The place itself is very cozy, I felt like at home and I felt welcomed. Compared to other airbnbs it is very well stocked with everything you might need. Federico and his sister are very responsive hosts.

Valerio is super helpful , kind and his place makes you feel right at home. The apartment is strategically located, 5 min walk to the train station which links to Roma Termini. My daughter and I enjoyed our short stay .

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We really enjoyed this space! The roof top patio was perfect with a beautiful view of the sea. We would definitely stay here again!
