Consigliato per le famiglie, noi siamo stati con una bambina di 2anni e mezzo, con la terrazza enorme quindi da sfruttare moltissimo con una bimba piccola la sera e accanto alla spiaggia libera o allo stabilimento molto carino per famiglie. Vacanza relax

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

La casa di Elena è in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative e si è rivelata comoda per raggiungere e visitare la citta', volendo però soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo. Ringrazio Elena per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Abbiamo alloggiato la settimana che va dal 18 al 25 agosto... Eravamo due famiglie ci siamo trovati benissimo la villetta è fantastica soprattutto un patio dove poter mangiare e stare in giardino a prendere il fresco la sera...la casa è dotata sia di lavastoviglie che di lavatrice,ogni stanza ha l'aria condizionata...casa in posizione strategica in un attimo al mare e in un'attimo si può visitare Roma andare all isola si Ponza ecc ecc... Giuditta una persona fantastica mi ha aiutato su ogni mia richiesta mi ha trovato persino parcheggio in centro Roma ristoranti dove poter mangiare insomma che dire siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti... Consiglio la villa di Giuditta a tutti...

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e funzionale. La parte esterna della casa è il punto forte, tutto molto curato e sistemato. Unico appunto già comunicato a Camilla è la posizione non accuratissima inserita sulla piattaforma! Per il resto esperienza fantastica, se volete relax e tanto spazio verde, è la casa giusta!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Oswald in August 2024. The house is perfectly located between Rome and the beach (each 25 min drive). Which is ideal if you need a quite, isolated place but also easily accessible if you want to visit and other activities. The house is fully equiped and we even enjoyed making BBQ in the garden. As remote workers, the internet connexion is good enough even for online meetings and the house has a lot of different rooms you can work from. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will come back.

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. Consiglio vivamente

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

Bellissima villa piena di comodità e finemente arredata, circondata da uno splendido e curatissimo giardino con diverse aree di relax. Meravigliosa piscina con solarium, romantica jacuzzi. Diverse anche le possibilità di cucinare e pranzare all'esterno. Ottima anche l'accoglienza del proprietario, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.

das haus und die lage atemberaubend👍 wir waren 10 personen (6 erwachsne und 4 kinder) aussenberich mit grossem pool und vielen sonnenbad möglichkeiten top, im haus hat es alles was man braucht. der private zugang zum strand einfach nur grandios👍 auf jeden fall eine reise wert😁 grandios auch die betreung von stefano, grazie😘 liebe grüsse aus der schweiz

La villa è davvero grande, e ben strutturata con le 3 unità che, anche se separate, sono tutte ravvicinate tra di loro. Accoglienza perfetta e orario di check in flessibile, tutto super pulito ed ordinato. Agostino è sempre stato a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a goderci la piscina perché in manutenzione, che sarebbe stata la ciliegina di una già fantastica torta.

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa, tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era a nostra disposizione ed era tutto in ordine, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

magnifique propriété, calme et repos garanti tout d abord, on remercie énormément Guliamo , le papa, qui est toujours là en cas de besoin, et surtout accueillant, et bien veillant, un grand merci Guliamo la maison est un vrai petit musée à l intérieur, pleines de choses anciennes le parc autour de la maison est magnifique, pleines de plantes a découvrir, sans compter les pins qui apportent beaucoup d air et de fraîcheur belle et grande piscine bref, tout ce qu il faut pour se reposer pendant ses vacances

Gentili , reattivi e attenti ai bisogni degli ospiti. Spazi ampi, quiete e piscina grande.dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Unica pecca, un bagno per una casa da 10 posti può diventare di difficile gestione. Location fuori dal centro abitato, necessario spostarsi in auto per beni di prima necessità. Raggiungibile tempestivamente da Amazon. Consigliamo assolutamente di alloggiare in questa villa per una vacanza in compagnia tra mare, relax e svago.

Wir haben als zwei Paare eine Woche in dem Haus übernachtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt, die Atmosphäre im Haus und im Garten, auf dem ganzen Grundstück ist unbeschreiblich, wir wären am liebsten für immer dort geblieben! Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet und sehr gemütlich. Das Haus war (vermutlich) frisch renoviert und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Monica war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr geholfen. Über alle Geschenke und Annehmlichkeiten (Pflegeprodukte, Lebensmittel usw.) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist toll, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Meer mit feinem Sandstrand entfernt. Jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nur Max. 1 Stunde von Rom entfernt. Wir werden, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Monica!
